Room was spacious, in-room onsen was wonderful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Check-in staff spoke good English.
Room was a little dated but still alright.

感觉舒适,体验美好,房间里能泡私家温泉更是一种很放松的享受,收获超出了预期。有机会会再来,能多住两天会更惬意。
如果能多一点从JR站到酒店的接送巴士就更好了。其他没有不满意的。

Breakfast consisted of a Japanese set menu and a half buffet was excellent. Most of all, Dinner (Kaiseki) was superb. In addition, Public Bath is so good, too.
The temperature of the water in the open-air bath attached to the private room was not hot enough. It was so particulary at night time. That was why I went to the public bath at 12:30 AM, even though the public bath was satisfactory in almost all aspects.

Private bath was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were great.
Public bath was a little underwhelming. A little outdated. Seems a little expensive.

The dinner was excellent - both the food and the setting by the window.
We like the indoor onsen.
We were seated next to the busy coffee station during breakfast. We asked for another available table but was told no.

The space was pretty nice and there were few enough people that I generally got the public baths to myself.
only one intersection that was awkward: I assumed that the shelving at the entrance of the public baths was for the slippers provided by the hotel, so I left the slippers on it. I did not know that you were supposed to place the slippers in the plastic bag and keep it in your own bin, until a series of interactions with a cleaning lady who did not know my language. She appeared frustrated that I didn’t know what was expected and for my part, I made sure to read all the signs provided, which did NOT speak of this piece of etiquette. Otherwise, other interactions with staff were pleasant.

Everything was amazing from the food to the location. Absolutely worth the price.

In-room open-air bath quite nice. Room is spacious.
I brought bath towel into the open-air public bath area (not into the water). Someone else already in the public bath was playing with her mobile phone (quite astonishing!). A female staff came in and shout at me no bath towel! I hoped the staff could stop the lady from using mobile phone and she later did realize someone had been using mobile phone so told the lady no mobile phone. Later the female staff shout at me again no bath towel.
Five min later I already put aside the towel and was in the bath, the staff came in and gave me the hair towel and told me again no bath towel!
So now all the memory with this JPY 78,000 hotel (with two meals and in-room open-air bath) is being shout by the staff in public bath for being unfamiliar with Japan public bath norms.

staff are sincere. with massage chair in room
food is just fair. toilet not very clean. in room private onsen not hot enough.

The professionalism and the service rendered by all the staff, especially those from the restaurant were exceptional. The amenities in the room, and the little snack left on the table each day. The high stand and quality of the meals provided, I stayed for 2 days, and the menu were totally different.
The water in the private bath in the room is too hot to dip in. The room can get a bit too hot and stuffy at times.

Comtfortable and relaxing stay. The onsen was wonderful and the food was amazing.

露天風呂: It is so good! Nice view from the windows as well.
Service: Service is great. Everyone welcomed us warmly. All the amenities are provided promotly for extra request.
Bed: beds are really comfortable
Food: High quality food is provided. However, non-Japanese might have some difficulties getting used to the food despite the fact I have been living in Japan for 2 years.

Extras that came with the room like dinner and breakfast. The in room osen was amazing. Location, within walking distance of everything I wanted to see at this area of Japan. Friendliness of the staff and wiliness of trying to meet my expectations.
The price was a little high but as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for". It was worth it!

We stayed in a Japanese traditional room with private on-sen. It was exactly what we expected. Dinner service was great, we enjoyed it so much! Staff members were very helpful and called free shuttle bus to the bear farm for us, also provided a discount voucher.
