Ambiance, staff, scenery, room, decorations, food especially LEK! Pool, vegan tacos, vegan breakfast!!! Massages, cenote
The spa prices are very high, the treatments are great, but with a little lower price, we could have enjoyed more treatments!

The food was excellent. Yoga instructors were great.
It would have been nice to have free access to free spa amenities like steam , sauna and hot tub.

Can we give 10000/10 to the staff please? 🥰
the level of their services, the vibe their stuff is creating at this resort it’s another level 💛
and Ofc, fresh hotel with unique design and territory, delicious food in all restaurants of the resort, and all practices such as sound healing, yoga etc, they have amazing teachers and many more.
I came here for vacation aka self-retreat and I can say they made me feel like home within a warm community 💛 Grasias Palmaia team🙏💛 especially: i wanted to mention names of people who was always making me feel home there, but it’s gonna be toooooo long list, so again, thanks Palmaia Team, u nailed it 🙏💛🥰

This place is a paradise - so calm and relaxing! Food and restaurants are top notch 👏🤌We are not vegan, but tried to be vegan during our trip and it was so easy and delicious! There are plenty of non vegan options as well.
All the activities are included (yoga, breathing exercises, sound bath and many more) 🙏🧘♀️☀️🙌
Atlantis SPA is a beautiful place with professional staff. SPA Manager Tania gave us some great recommendations and we had a life time experience 🌱
We are already planning to get back ☺️
Everything was perfect!

Blissful, tranquil all inclusive wellness vacation in a breath taking location. Beautiful views from rooms. Amazing nomadic guides - Sofi & Omar!! Mostly 5 star service from other staff. Special call out to Domingo, Eduardo, Jos, Christian, Oscar and Solange. The food and drinks were generally awesome especially Lek and Taco truck offerings. The spa treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating - thanks to Gus and Erika!
Generally a fabulous experience however, if I had to pick one improvement area that would be consistency in service at restaurants. On one occasion I was the first customer to arrive at Su Casa for breakfast but was then served and kept waiting for almost 45 mins with other later arriving customers being served their food before I even received my menu.

the location was great, although a bit isolated. The staff was exceptional, so were the facilities and the activities offfered.
The drinks were exceptional.
The food on the other hand was awful. Excellent ingredients but non balanced, bland food. It was a shame to see such good ingredients be reduced to the same bland and unfortunately sweet taste. Everything from soup to vegetables to main courses just tasted sweet. Vegan and vegetarian food can be superb, unfortunately nothing besides the avocado toast for breakfast was barely edible. I suggest to get some inspiration from asian cusine and the local mayan cuisine to improve the culinary experience.

First time eating vegan food but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful private beach area with covered palapa to sit under. Never had to look for one that wasnt being used. Clean beach, calm water and waiting staff makes sure you are hydrated. Pools are huge and also easy to access and has places to relax. Spa is outstanding. Rooms are gorgeous!
best restaurants only open certain days.

The whole facility was so calm and super relaxing. The staff were caring - Diana in Su Casa and Luis really were fabulous in welcoming us and it really made us want to rebook :)
the lack of evening entertainment

plant based food was good. our room was very comfortable.
Having to wait too long for food to come. Wrong food order coming. Never receiving something ordered from the menu. Menu’s get a bit repetitive. Not much choice on evening menu’s.

Breakfast, the place itself, some of the desserts were not so good.
The staff was great.
The room was beautiful.
Some of the desserts.
The beach - the beds where always reserved from the morning (with no people)

Yoga classes, beautiful nature, large rooms
Bad food - hotel chefs don't know how to cook, too few places where you can eat breakfast and lunch, long waiting for breakfast table in the morning.

Spa facilities were nice
Not all the restaurants were open and I got a bad case of food poisoning after dining at Su Casa restaurant which ruined my trip. Resort did not seem very concerned when I brought this up.

The rooms are very big and comfortable.
Staff is dedicated to every single detail to make you comfortable!
Food is exceptional, although I am a meat lover and they have vegetarian cuisine. I didn't feel the need to have meat while staying there.
The massage was also really good!!
5.0 / 5.0
the cuisine was beyond expectations. Ample variety with the themed restaurants.
We did get interrupted in our room after specifically stating a time for the maid service to drop by - but I think the error occured out of a spirit to serve and urgency - so all good.

no medic came when we asked for one. took advantage of our situation when we came with additional people.

We enjoyed the laid back vibe, the food is outstanding and I am not a vegan on any level. The rustic nature of the beach is very relaxing
Some of the meals were not my preference but that didn't make them bad

The room was clean and spacious with beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. the surrounding trails were awesome. The Plantiss Cafe was the only restaurant where the food and healthy drinks were tasty and we enjoyed eating there a lot.
Food at Lek and Umi restaurants was bland and almost always cold. I cook Vegetarian and vegan food at home and it can be made so tasty. Su Casa food was always brought to the table very late. Unfortunately whatever food I ordered was just blah.
5.0 / 5.0
This place is plant based however they provided us additional things which it was not in menu because we are not vegan. The food is delicious because green is fresh they respect the nature , the staff is nice. It was very nice to stay here even you are vegan or vegetarian , I advise this place.
