Quarto grande, banheiro OK e ótima limpeza.

We loved our room. It was spacious and interesting and very comfortable. The wait staff in all the restaurants and bars was wonderful! The old world atmosphere was so appealing. The food was always presented exceptionally, but some restaurants really excelled for my personal tastes. Bogavante and Veneto were exceptional. We preferred breakfast at Royal Solaris over Cafe Solaris at Caribe. We also preferred the pool area at Royal Solaris - many more pool options and available seating options.
There were things that weren't spelled out very well on the website. You have to make dinner reservations on the app. But the app is inconsistently available as is the wifi. You also can only have 1 active reservation at a time. So I could not make dinner reservations for all of the 3 nights we stayed. They do allow a waitlist of you want to take your chances and just show up at the restaurant. Their is also a $5 surcharge for room service. It's not a deal breaker, of course, but it's not fully disclosed up front. The pool area at Caribe was difficult to get seating because people would claim their chairs with towels by 7am and then not occupy their chairs for much of the day. We're not sure of the role of the concierge as he wasn't able to help us with restaurant reservations, the glitches with the app or arranging transportation. We had to walk over to guest services at Royal Solaris in order to make them understand that no menus were showing for any of the restaurants. The guest services rep sent printed menus to our room eventually. We ended up having to arrange our own transportation to the airport.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. Housekeeping, outside front staff, and food service staff was friendly and polite. We arrived early and appreciated being able to get a wrist band early and have access to the property while we waited for our room.
The first two days were extremely frustrating. We had problems with the QR code used for reservations, etc and wifi in 2 of the 3 rooms our group had. Staff we spoke for help (concierge, front desk and customer service) to were either not helpful or downright rude. That experience really made us really disappointed with the property from the start.

The hotel was nice. Location was nice.
The Internet was the worst. Internet was needed to place reservations for food and activities. The language barrier was bad because it was hard for them to communicate what you needed to do for the all inclusive. The only other hotel we could use the all inclusive was the royal Solaris next door. That's where we had to use our phones before going back to Caribe. If you have medicine issues lifting your legs let them know because the tube shower was high to step in. The room walls was thin. Had to hear the guest next door snoring all weekend.

Food and location, entertainment
First two days no internet in the room, elevator not working some days, dirty plates from other rooms being left on my door side, some areas of the hotel leaking after the rains.

The breakfast was really nice. Along with that, the beach side/ pool side bar was too good as well.
The wifi during our stay was not really working in the beginning but after calling the technical department, we figured it out.

Nothing
I booked a room with a king bed and they asked me to pay extra for the reservation I already made! I left the hotel and they still wanted me to charge, thanks to booking.com they didn’t do.

The stuff were very friendly and helpful. The view and the beach are nice
The rooms itself. Very old and damaged furniture, rooms always have a walkthrough door and you hear all voice's and noises from your neighbor room. It's too expensive fir what you get. The food is not Mexican or Caribbean like. No seafood or good fish. Always chicken beef or pork with rice potatoes and so on. All stuff I can eat at home. I eat outside the Hotel. The taste was also very boring and poor.

Bar staff and Cleaning staff were very friendly, along with the Breakfast staff. Rooms were very clean. Fridge in room always topped up with items used.
Hotel needs an upgrade and the front desk staff need to be a lot more friendlier/re-trained in courtesy . Caught a stomach bug first day which lasted for 2 weeks from eating the salad at the outside restaurant (Should have known better),but did not really disrupt our stay. They expect tips every time you wanted anything, no tip you get a less friendly service. Gave a tip at the end of stay to those who stood out for us. Even the Hotel Dr had a tip Jar on his desk (Really). If you wanted to eat a evening meal in this hotel you had to book in the Hotel next door.(Why) If you didn't, all evening meals were served in the Hotel next door(Except breakfast)

The breakfast was ok, much better than the lunch that was terrible.
Food, a tour of the facilities, perhaps some kind of separation of people wanting to drink and party and those who don’t.
