Very pleasant with a lovely manager.

Room was beautifully decorated. Friendly manager and breakfast waitress. Nice bath.

No bed side cabinet to left of bed just a massive chest of drawers. Main doors to bedroom need updating, along with the locks and door numbers. One surly member of staff. Terrible tea and coffee!

Lovely friendly atmosphere with great communal lounge areas.

The location is ideal for Eastbourne's seaside with the promenade just across the road and covered seating look out over the sea to enjoy in all weathers.

We liked it all. We had a rear facing quiet room and it was ideal for just one night.

The beach nearby

The poor service. Staff members do not care about you once you are in. They have no customer service skills. Even the Manager/Owner lacks the requisite skills to make customers happy. Room facility is very poorly managed.

Lovely hotel, great for dog owners

All the staff were lovely and so kind to my little dog. Room was great,super clean and comfy bed.

Shower controls were sensitive, I knocked it with my elbow and it suddenly got very hot!

Lovely stay and a nice hotel.

Great location near the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. Freshly painted (literally the day I arrived!) Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast!

My single room was really tiny and a bit tired. It was OK for two nights but I wouldn’t want to stay in that room for longer.

Beautiful single room with a sea view. Room was warm, comfortable, secure with comfortable bedding and shower warm. Have stayed here previously. TV was easy to operate.

Passable

The location was amazing. The room was brilliant also, very clean and comfy bed.

One of the staff seemed very friendly but his words were not. It is only when I have come away and thought about it that how upset I feel about what he said. He is very inappropriate and judgemental.
