Great value for money but needs to improve in many respects

The place is less crowded like hotels.

There was unclear or no instruction at all where to get the keys for the room, to whom to give the room rent, and how to set up the refrigerator. Prior to check in, I was calling their contact number, for several times, but there was no one picked up the call.

The area is nice and clean. It also equipped with complete fixtures. We liked the location being in the middle of the city.

What we didn't like during our stay was the AC was not working well. Our kids complained about it even at night. Also, the wifi was poor and not consistent that we need to use our own internet. But still, it was a nice stay for us.

Good place to stay, convenience store downstairs, accomodating co-host.

Complete kitchen stuffs and toiletries and also they have cleanings materials, extra matress and comfortable bed, good wifi connection.

The host was responsive to most of the queries and allowed us to check in early. The place was clean. For a couple planning to stay for more than day it might be value for money as the place had a small kitchen (basic utensils and stove provided)

However I was traveling with a friend and since the facility listed a couch bed we we thought the place was okay for 2 person. The couch bed is not suitable for an adult to sleep in. Also extra sheets were not provided for the couch bed, so you need to ask. same for access to the pool.

the owner of the condo must not command us. her instruction to leave the door unlock and put the key on the table...also the room is not so clean and no wifi and tv channel.....i hope next time they will make it good and comfortable to the guest on that room.

All in all a great stay. 8.5/10 will definitely stay again next visit

I loved the security and cleaning staff there…it was nicely located not to bad of a walk to trike service for travel. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the fact that the pest control schedule was posted in the elevators. And my host was great at communicating even though I never saw them.

Unfortunately I did see a 3-4 baby roaches only in the bathroom. Getting the hot water to work was a challenge because there were no instructions. Paying for the room was a challenge as well but the host was very patient and provided instructions. Guest was very nice and for the room was still very clean and comfortable minus the “babies” in the bathroom.

peaceful, cozy, nice view and clean.

slow wifi connection and hard to book grab/angkas/joyride. no signal in the main lobby of the property.

Very poor

The view was very nice. It was ok for one night. But I had to pay for all 4 nights even though we went to a bigger, better hotel after the first night.

There were a lot of tiny roaches. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The CR was tiny.

The room was clean and hot shower and aircon was great! 😊

The pay parking is a bit expensive and was dismayed because of the schedule for the pool was not emphasized. Was not able to make use of the pool, and it still has a fee... The admin is not available during weekends and Monday is their cleaning time at the pool. 😔😭😭😭

Checking in was horrible I was waiting in the lobby for almost an hour because security won’t let me inside even though I showed an email confirming my stay. I have to call the host multiple times. Internet was not working. As well as the TV.

Some of my expectations were not met. However, the property owner and her assistant made their best to compensate some unavoidable problems,

I moved into another room because the keys were missing. The washing machine was broken. There were cockroaches and a little funny smell, especially from the sink.

Aside from a nice place to stay what I don't like is that there’s no one to assist you, especially during the paymen

It is clean and fully furnished with complete kitchen utensils and cooking facilities.

There is no comforter available if you wish to set the AC to cooler. The Internet signal is very poor, especially in the lobby there's no signal at all.

It's comfortable and I really love the view, it's just it takes us almost 3 hours waiting on the lobby because there's something happen with the unit that they need to fix. Just a bit disappointed because I was so tired that time.

Poor network coverage… Wifi is so slow…a lot of cockroach / pests inside the room…

It was Convenient

Cockroach was coming out of the drainage and crawling into the living room. Had to ask for toilet seat and tv was not working. Staff was nice to provide the next day. I suggest that all drainage should have a cover. We had to provide toilet tissue when out.
