Not nice hotel...

Not much...

only a little water came from the sink tap,I ask two times at the receptionist to send someone to fix it, but nobody came... Breakfast not so good..

Le personnel n’est pas du tout sympa et parle mal Une odeur de boukhour dans l’hôtel désagréable 🤮 Piscine très sale Tv ne marche pas Pas de TPE pour payer par la carte bancaire il faut avoir le cash pour payer et c’est très fatiguant en arrivant à l’hôtel surtout de l’étranger , il faut ramener cher her une banque et ce n’est pas du tout pratique à l’arrivée .

Rien... absolument rien

L'état de la chambre était catastrophique.. la douche froide, les coulisses qui marches pas, la chambre était sombre et le balcon sale et manque d'isolation de l'extérieur ( on pas pu dormir à cause du bruit)

Did not have breakfast Location was excellent Coffee shop next door for relaxing time Everything was super

In fact, it was clean room, but basic.

It can be better comparatively to the price. We took a triple room, on the street, 5th flood: it was noisy, hot, ... 1 towels for all fmilly ... Wifi is a myth! There were no parking, the night club in the entrance knows people very noisy. In sum, a place where to spend a night while passing by marrakech.

Trap to avoid : nothing works!

Room leaking! 1 hour to get another room that actually was just next to me! Almost 2 hours to get towels! Careless staff and rude, telling me he is doing me a favor when looking for another room! Dirty towels and bedsheets. No commercial gesture : I had to ask for one myself. We got a free breakfast that wasn't even fresh! I had already planned to come a second day and when I turned up with my bookings reservation, they told me that they can't give me a room for technical reasons and they lied to bookings saying I was a " no show"

Nothing is dirty run down and the traffic noise is ridiculous doors don’t fit and locks damaged

Needs up dating and relocating staff are ok but it so tired and run down some parts are dangerous

Value for money in the middle of the town if you are on a budget. It's an old building but it's no problem if you care more about being outside exploring and not in a luxury room.

It's written in bioking that they have parking, but they don't. You pay a private parking close to the hotel if you want to leave your car somewhere safe

15 minutes on foot from the station, always straight. Good price for a double room. Many bars and restaurants in the surroundings.

Particularly uncomfortable bed, mattress and pillow of the worst quality. There was a cockroach in the room. Being on a main street it's a bit noisy: earplugs highly recommended.
