Dany and Vincent met us and let us leave our luggage, as we arrived a couple of hours early than the check in time
This studio is located in a sprawling gated complex which runs from the highest part of Ernesto Sarti down to Avenida de Bruselas. Some of the “blocks” have seen better days and unfortunately this studio apartment is located in one of those areas. A rubbish and bottle collection point was situated point only a couple of metres from the apartment door, which is located under a stairwell, on a main thoroughfare to the other side of the complex. A tad noisy at times. The pool and “lazy river” (not used) need restorative work. The area near the top pool is fairly cramped and the few sun loungers available, that were not “reserved” by 8am in the morning, (and not used until midday), are old and non adjustable. Luckily the studio is only a 15minute walk from Playa Fanabe, Playa Torviscas
The studio is small and is in need of refurbishment. The front door does not fit the frame. Light seeps in from gaps at the top and bottom. On entry the bathroom/showeroom, which is a decent size is immediately on the right. Further in there is a wall cupboard for hanging clothes, shoe storage, houses a small safe and cleaning implements. The surrounds and doors could do with a lick of paint at the very least. There is a small hob and oven and various kitchen appliances which we did not use. We did use a coffee machine with which 4 pods were supplied. There is no air conditioning just a ceiling fan. A breakfast bar separates this area from the fridge / freezer, which, when in full, flow sounds like Dr Who’s Tardis is about to blast into space. Bizarrely, the fridge also partially obscures a glass block “window”. This would light up periodically around 730am.We assumed this was part of an adjoining storage area. The double bed was comfortable. Wi fi was provided. The curtains did not block out any light from the patio doors which were secured with an antique looking lock. The terrace, a decent size, and studio are overlooked by many properties. Net curtains provide scant privacy

Excellent apartment with all the amenities you can possibly think of. The hosts really went above and beyond to make you feel like home. Apartment is only 10 min walk away from the beach and there's plenty of beaches, bars and restaurants to choose from. Even though it's a studio apartment, it is pretty spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Location
Too small. No cleaning. No privacy. Old linen and old towels seen better days

Excellent location, nice gated complex, abundance and variety of places around to eat, close to several beaches. Comfortable, clean and nicely furnished apartment, helpful hosts.
A little miscommunication during the key collecting, misleading reception desk at the entrance to the complex.

Appartment is good for 1-2 people. good size terrasse overlooking one of the swimming-pools of the residence, and close to the pool bar with friendly bartenders. Only a short stroll to restaurants, bars and beach(es)
cleaning people a bit noisy early in the morning, but cannot fault it on the owners. Residence was indeed very clean
