pelos en el baño y sin wifi

lo más destacable es la ubicación

el wifi no funcionaba, la televisión desconectada,el cable corto para llegar al enchufe , pelos en el baño, el mantenimiento de sus instalaciones poco olvidado de sus cuidados

Apartment was very nice, exactly as on the pictures. A lot of space, very comfortable bed, great localisation. Contact with the host was very easy. Apartment worth to recommend.

The only issue was the low pressure of the water in the shower.

close to everything. it was a good size for a couple.

there was a few things that need maintenance. taps, bathroom door handle, and the water pressure was none existent. an essential part of an apartment is to have a shower that works.

Great apartment and welcoming host

The apartment and the owner are an absolute delight! Communication was super easy, we arrived late at night and the host welcomed us on site, he is really friendly and welcoming and he prepared a welcome package for us in the apartment (water, juice, fruits, cookies, crisps, and cold beer! ;) - a simple but a very important touch to make you feel welcome. The host also help us get a parking place for a really good price just below the apartment. The place itself is nice and spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary items. Big comfortable bed, clean bathroom, wardrobe and space to unpack your stuff with a lot of hangers which was very useful as well. The location of the place is great, its in the city center but not in a busy street, 5 min walking to anywhere with loads of options for restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend the apartment and would come back to stay for sure!

Superb

The location is very good, close to the center. The apartment is big and safe, and there are a lot of sockets so I was able to charge all my electronic devices simultaneously (mobile, camera, power bank...).

Great location apartment

Great location with a good view of the street. Nice bathroom and balcony

Parking on the street could be tricky, but we found a spot easily. The window could use day see through curtains, because now the curtains block all the light.

Awesome apartman

One of the best apartam where i have ever been. Amazing view, and the best location, the apartman is beautiful, you can find everything in the apartman what is you need, and near to the apartman too (lot of restaurant, markets, 0-24 shop, etc). Playa de Jardin beach is about 20 minutes with walk, but the nearest beach, and center is about 5 minutes walk, great location. The owner and Giovanni were so helpful and kind.

Love this place! Absolutely great apartment in great location!

Great location! Very close to all the amenities in Puerto de la Cruz. 5 min walk from the coast. Supermarket right next door. The bed is super comfy en the kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom up to standards as well! Also, the studio is spacious, which we loved (means I could do online dance classes easily)! We loved our stay here, would definitely recommend! Oh and also, wifi was great!!

Just a general tip for everybody stay here: Parking in the street in front of the house is almost never possible. However there is a big parking lot at about 10/15 min walk where you can always park your car. Type in Explanada del Muelle and drive all the way up to the end. Park your car and stroll back to the apartment through the lovely village.

Excellent, the location was outstanding

The location and the flat were perfect. there is parking spot in front of the building but usually difficult to find place, we were lucky to find the place just in front of the building

Things to cook could be improved, for instance the pan, but not a major issue just if you like cooking (which I do)
