Great location
Some light renovation work clearly still in progress, caused us zero issues.

Really attractive, modern interior.
Noisy neighbours downstairs on the Saturday night until quite late however I cannot blame this on the host neither the property. Other than that, great stay, very comfortable and accessible. Parking expensive.

Perfect location for a Brighton visit, 10min walk to the seafront and 15min to the town centre. Very clean and tidy apartment.Emma was really helpful via WhatsApp with all necessary info for access, parking etc.
Nothing to do with the studio, no problems there but the blight of all seaside towns, seagulls kicking off at 4 30am in the summer, definitely worth taking some earplugs for a good night's sleep!

Very lovely studio with nice view from the window. Very cosy.

THE FLAT BELOW HAD A SMALL DOG WHICH THEY LOCKED OUT ON THE PATIO ON THE FIRST NIGHT AND IT HOWLED FOR OVER AN HOUR BEFORE BEING LET BACK IN

Good location, fairly quiet. The host accommodated a late checkout and communication was good throughout. Smart Tv.
Very poor privacy in the room. The only natural light was through a floor/ceiling window, with blackout blind but no nets, so you couldn't have both natural light and privacy. The window was overlooked from above and below.
The only lighting option was harsh and bright ceiling lights. Some side lamps would have been useful, particularly given the lack of option to have natural light into the room when needing privacy. It wasn't a pleasant environment to relax in.
The bed was poor quality and uncomfortable. The first night I was alone, and it was fine, creaky but with earplugs in manageable. But as soon as my partner joined me for the second nights stay, the bed creaked more and sagged in the middle - it was so bad we had to try sleeping on the floor. We hardy slept at all. Other furniture was also poor quality - the chair legs bent when you sat on them!

An excellent location close to a lot of amenities. The room was a good size and had decent facilities. It was easy to get into the property and the information was very clear. It was also very clean.
The bed was a bit lumpy and the water pressure was very low. We also had a problem with the hairdryer which stopped working half way through using it! Although none of this hugely impacted on our stay which was good overall.

Excellent location, studio was very clean and contained pretty much everything you'd need for a short break. It was very quiet.
Address/key arrangements only advised last minute which worried me slightly as a control freak :-)

Location was perfect for exploring Brighton and hove - short walking distance for everything we wanted to do over the 3 nights we were there. Very helpful and responsive host - Provided us with a kind welcoming mesage and useful guide for our stay including parking/ restaurants and any additional infomation we may have required . Had all the amneities you needed also local co-op at the bottom of the road. Really enjoyed our few nights here and perfect location for exploring brighton and the wonderful beaches. great value for money would reccomend.
As I am quite tall I did find the shower a bit small, understandable though being a studio, however did not affect our stay at all, really enjoyed brighton.

Simple and clean, easy to find. Bed was pretty comfortable and a good sized room despite being a studio flat.
There was a funny smell from the bathroom which didn’t leave even after we put the fan on. Everything else was excellent

Nothing, it was amazing!

A really lovely studio. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, with everything you need provided. It's at the back of the house, so very quiet. Excellent location - a 5min stroll to the beach, an easy walk to central Brighton. Great restaurants, bars and cafes on the doorstep. Emma, the owner, very helpful. Loved our stay. We'd definitely book again.

Loved the location, the spacious feel to the studio, minimalist and modern decor, Emma the host was excellent.
Missing items in kitchen. A bit dusty, I think from the builder who had just been.

The property was extremely cute. On arrival we were sent a lovely message welcoming us to our accommodation, and the code to find the keys. We'd also been informed that the room we had was upgraded to a room at the front of the house, which had beautiful bay windows and plenty of light flooding in. As it was my birthday weekend, our host also left us a lovely bottle of rosé for us to enjoy, some biscuits and milk to make some tea and coffees. The room had every sort of amenity you could need, including a full oven and stove, and a neat and tidy bathroom. There were even spare shower gels and shampoo and conditioner in the cupboard, which was super handy as we'd forgotten! But if you needed anything, there was a Co-Operative literally within eyesight of the property where you could pick such things up. was 4 minutes walk from the beach and quiet in the night (We were there on a Saturday night and only heard one set of revellers whooping outside!
I really didn't have anything to fault!
