Harika ev , harika ev sahibi

Küçük kızım ve eşimle 6 gece kaldık. Bir evde olmasını bekleyeceğiniz her şeye sahip. Lorenzo harika bir ev sahibi, como gölü ziyaretimizi dahi bizim için planladı.

P. Venezia muhiti eğlence mekanlarının sayısının çok yüksek olduğu bir yer. Geceleri ses seviyesi ve geç saate dışarda yürümek rahatsız edici olabiliyor.

Very pleasant and wonderful

We really enjoyed our Stay in Lorenzo’s apartment. The Apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The Location was perfect. Lorenzo was super nice and helpful and gave us really good recommendations. Also many thanks to Aireen ❤️ i am definitely coming back here.

As the title of this property: A Perfect Place in Porta Venezia

It is not common for a property to exceed my expectations, but this one is. First, the owner here is super, highly approachable via texting, and it really seems that it is important for him to make the guests feel comfortable. We were staying at the regular Apartment. It was very clean, and importantly, it had all the necessary things one might need for a short vacation in a city apartment, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the utilities for the kitchen. They even have the powder for laundry and dishwasher, basic food ingredients, and coffee capsules. There is a girl in charge of cleaning and greeting the guests when arriving, and everything went smoothly. The location is very close to Porta Venezia underground and rail station.

I have nothing bad to say about this property.

Excellent Stay

The host was very helpful, usually responding in minutes, he explained all the details and also the transportation for us, the apartment location is very near to the Metro station and the Milan Centrale station, very clean and with very good furniture and tools, kitchen appliances are very good and modern.

it was very clean and comfortable. came with loads of ammenities and very well equiped. Lorenzo even prepared spare umbrellas for rainy days.

Host is just amazing. Was helpful and caring all the way. Gave really good recommendations regarding restaurants and surroundings. Checkin went really smooth even though we were 1.5 hours delayed. Place is located near all transport hubs so it is easy commute. Apartment is cozy and have everything needed for the stay.

Excellent apartment and 2-days in Milan

Superb 2nd flop apartment, very clean, newly renovated and very comfortable. Lovely apartment building on a character-filled street with cafes and restaurants. Nearby restaurant noise is audible, as it is anywhere you stay close to the centre, but we just closed the windows (one of us used earplugs). Excellent location only 15 minutes to Milano Centrale, or hundred metres to the Metro station. And a lovely easy stroll in to the centre to il Duomo. Lorenzo was, hands down, the most welcoming and helpful host I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Grazie mille

The apartment is very well located, recently refurbished by the look of it and it was furnished with a supply of goods that made it very quick and easy to settle in. However the most amazing thing was the attentiveness and support of the apartment manager Lorenzo. I am an experienced traveller and I have never seen customer support at such a high level. Perfect host, perfect appartment, perfect area!

1) The host Lorenzo was absolutely fantastic! He was fully available during our stay. He would recommand the best restaurants. He would tell us have to get around the city with the public transportation. He did anything and even more to make our stay great. And even the House keeper Aireen cared about us. So sweet! Thank you so much Lorenzo :-) 2) The appartment was brand new renovated. The colours and furnitures are bright and modern. Really a nice, cool and comfortable appartment! 3) The area Ponta Venezia is really nice. You will find restaurants and shops near by the appartment. The shopping street Via Buenos Aires is only a few minutes walking distance from the appartment. Here you will also find the M1 which can take you to Piazza Duemo in only three stops. Even the Central Station can be reached whitin 13 minutes of walking distance. Indeed it is the best place in Ponta Venizia!

we had nice time in Milano and Verona - highly recommended!

The apartment is very clean and cozy, it has everything you need for a short trip. Lorenzo was a great and helpful host, he communicated warmly and promptly, he gave us a lot of useful information. It is possible to arrange with Lorenzo a convenient transfer from/to the airport at a really good price. The location of the apartment is very convenient if you want to reach Milano Centrale (by foot or tram) and have day-travel to another city by train. p.s. a bottle of wine welcomes guests to the apartment ;)

Superb

Location was great. The flat was comfortable and very clean. There was extra linen, blankets, towels available. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt. There was also a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Cleaning products & washing machine powder as well. The manager Lorenzo welcomed us himself and showed us around the flat. It was good to meet a person and ask all our questions. He was available at all times for any help we needed. He recommended places for us to eat at and shared other tips on safety. It was really good to know that he was just a phone call or message away. He also helped arrange a private transfer to the airport on our departure which was less than the cost of a regular taxi. All in all a great place to stay and a special shout out to Lorenzo.

Rhe Street was quite loud up until about 1am, so was quite hard to sleep due to the noise. We were told ot was a festival that weekend, so it may just be a one-off

Place is clean, cozy with complete facilities. Owner is really nice, we arrived at almost 1am in the morning and he even picked us up in the terminal. Milan Central Station is almost near the place, we prefer walking so 800m or so going to the station is fine for us. What you see in pictures is what you get, the place is really nice.

Wonderful stay in Milan.

Lorenzo was an awesome host. His correspondence and contact, from the onset of our booking until the time of arrival was impressive, even when our trip was delayed to late in the evening, someone met us at the apartment to hand the keys to us and showed us around the apartment. The apartment has all the amenities and is well equipped to cook a good simple meal. Apartment is clean. Bed is comfortable. Washing machine is a combo washer and dryer and that works out very well for us. The dishwasher was a bonus. The location is close to a huge variety of restaurants and cafes. Metro is just a stone's throw away. Lorenzo was also kind enough to help us with the logistics of getting around Milan, as well as from Milan to Venice, which was our next destination. HIs recommentdation of great Italian food such as the best pizza joint, made our trip much more enjoyable.

The water heater wasn't functioning well on the day we arrived, however, Lorenzo managed to make a tweak or two on the equipment, and it was a quick fix, but it needs to be permanently fixed, I suppose.
