Nice location the apartment has good facilities nice welcome pack, plenty of bedding
the apartment itself is fine but some simple things just put a damper on the stay.
There is no lighting in the entrance or hallway, the entrance is dirty had problems getting the lock box open and could not get it locked on leaving had to leave the keys in the apartment it took a while to sort the heating as the nest app was not working correctly was a bit chilly at times but not to bad

Beautiful property and great location in a quiet neighbourhood - beautiful building
Emergency lighting didn’t work in shared hallway so had to use the phone torch
Paid extra for of sofa bed linen but not made up
Hallway stair carpet needs tacking down and full of dog hairs
Mould growing in coffee machine

Excellent location in the new town. Close to Stockbridge and the west end. Spacious typical new town apartment in good condition.
Minor things, broken bathroom window, non functioning gas fireplace (would have been nice to use in the evening with the cold weather).
4.0
Really spacious apartment, comfy beds, quiet neighbourhood, and only 10 mins walk to restaurants. The flat itself was clean and tidy, with decent furniture. It was nice they left tea, coffee & biscuits for us.
The shared stairwell had no light, so you had to use your phone as a torch to get up the stairs - this wouldn't be suitable for older people. The stairs were also pretty dirty - covered in dog hair etc.
5.0
The flat is beautiful. High ceilings, excellent and comfortable furniture, good amplespaces, great views to private gardens to the back and to green parks and to the city to the front. Great kitchen, good equipment and well stocked (dishes, cutlery, tools, etc). Bathroom worked fine and had enough space. The building and staircase also very nice. Great and quiet surroundings. The best.
Dishes left in the dishwasher were dirty, with food scraps. Somebody forgot to check

Spacious apartment with fantastic views; good location for walking to sights, transit, and restaurants.
Check-in is scheduled for 15:00 (we arrived at 14:00) but we couldn’t check in until 15:30 due to a delayed cleaning crew (minor inconvenience). However, when I reached out to the management, they suggested I try the apartment buzzer and, following their instructions, I ended up buzzing one of the neighbors, who, I am sure, did not appreciate the intrusion. On the day of our check-out I received a call from management inquiring if we were able to finally get in to the apartment. Also, for $350/night I would expect the place to be immaculate. It was not. The kids loved the place.

oven: not working! bizarrely a new one was waiting in a cupboard.
hot water? not working. we had to fix ourselves
keys? stuck in the flat! we had to call a friend to help us because we were in a hurry and you were very long!
the only thing you offer was to come when we where not home!
according to the price we were expecting a really high standard! and it was not!

The location was good and it was very quiet. The apartment was very well equipped.
Would rather have a standalone shower instead of over the bath

Perfect, quiet location. 2 minute walk from Stockbridge and 15 minutes from Princess Street. It really is in an ideal spot, Stockbridge has lots of shops and places to eat and is very easily reached. Also within easy reach of Princess Street. We would definitely stay here again. A problem with the boiler was quickly solved.
Clean on the surface but Not as clean as it should have been. 2 lolly sticks and a lot of crumbs under the sofa cushions. Dirty hand and finger prints on doors and walls, layers of dust on picture frames and skirting boards. Beds should be pulled out and vacuumed behind. Curtain linings in both bedrooms in shreds and curtain pulls don’t run well. I cleaned the doors and wall and vacuumed the sofa and chairs, it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. No facility for hanging clothes in the front bedroom just one hanger on the back of the door. We moved a coat stand into there which made do. Information on emptying bins at the end of the stay was not clear. It referred to a communal bin in the street outside but there wasn’t one so we tied the bin bag up and left it in the kitchen.

Excellent location. Great apartment with huge potential if the points raised below are addressed. Very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Although not vital, the curtains are all very tired and difficult to close. The bathroom sink was badly cracked prior to our arrival and bathroom floor tiles are very old and dirty and really should be replaced to up scale the apartment.

Beautiful and amazing location, will definitely look at booking again
Could have been cleaner underneath the furniture and cusions etc, found quite a few ‘artefacts’ from visitors past.
Having only one towel each was a little limiting.

Stayed 3 nights at this apartment. The location is great. 3 mins walk to the local town Stockbridge, which has all the shops, cafes etc, so lovely. It’s about 25 mins walk to all the major sites. Some nights we got taxi home, only about 7 pounds in a blackcap or £5 something by Uber. The view from the apartment is great. I loved sitting in front of the big window having my morning coffee. The apartment is really spacious and clean, grand but still thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen is also spacious, has everything we need, and good quality utensils. Bedrooms are comfortable, again spacious. All in all it’s really great for us a family of four. The lock did break on the second day but the staff arrived quickly on call and gave us a different set of keys which solved the problem. She was very helpful. We had a lovely stay in Edinburgh, would highly recommend this apartment!
The apartment is really clean but the stairs outside and the communal areas could be cleaned a bit as well, as you need to access those to get into the apartment. The curtains can’t be opened fully, but doesn’t really affect anything.

Location is nice, 10/15 mins from princes street. 5 mins if that from stockbridge.
Curtain in one of the bedrooms was ripped and wouldn’t close meaning I didn’t sleep past 5am on all three mornings I was there. Reported to the host and was advised “maintenance” would contact me to sort, I’ve still never heard from them and I’ve now checked out! Apartment itself has lovely features and nice big rooms but in general is run down and wasn’t very clean (again I reported this and heard nothing). Booking was accepted for 6 people (2 children) but I wouldn’t say the property is suited well for this, the sofa bed is very small and uncomfortable.

The property was beautiful, clean and central. We loved the high ceilings and windows, the little touches and coziness.
I didn’t like that it was not baby friendly (no cot provided or high chairs). There were little toilet rolls provided a and no bin bags...the neighbors seem to get annoyed at everything. We travelled with a toddler and apparently neighbors complained of the noise, which was only during daytime because baby sleeps at 7pm. The fact that there is no permit provided to park the car during early hours of morning and day.

Lots of space and very comfortable and in a great location.
None really apart from parking was a 20 minute walk away. Parking was £30 for the 3 nights.
4.8
Ease of location, good communication with owner. Beautifully laid out and well maintained. Would happily stay there again.
