Lovely experience. Having the canal views was great.

Lovely canal views, supermarket close, quiet, comfortable beds.

Would have preferred an address before arrival.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apt in quiet neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood. 6 minute walk from grocery store, restaurants, water taxi. Handheld bidet in bathroom.

It took a while for the two ac units to cool the property. The shower stall is small. Narrow small stairs to get to apt.

The host was very friendly and on time for our arrival. They shared useful information ahead of our arrival to help with the journey. The apartment is really neat, clean and comfortable. It had all the required comforts and so much more! Rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The views were beautiful and made our visit really special. We felt at home right away and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in Venice!

Not related to the apartment itself, but we could hear the one neighbour walking around in their apartment until quite late at night. Not a problem when you're out and about, but it would be noticeable if you are a light sleeper.

Amazing apartment in Venice! Felt like we were living as locals but so close to all the best sights!

Apartment was amazing! Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could need. We only stayed for a couple of nights in Venice but apartment would have been perfect for a longer stay also. The hosts were brilliant and gave us so much useful information. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend

Great communication from Alexandra and Giovanni. Giovanni met my daughter from the vaporetto and brought her to the apartment. Tea, coffee and extras provided were very welcome. Great location in a quiet street with wonderful canal view. We felt like we experienced the real Venice!

Postponed 50th Birthday celebrations

The apartment was within walking distance/ short vaporetto ride from all the main attractions. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by. As the apartment was slightly away from the main tourist area it felt like we were experiencing Venice as the locals did.

There were no dislikes regarding this property for our stay

The apartment was in a great quiet location away from busy tourist areas.

The location was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for the time we were staying. The hosts were very amenable and helpful to us.

The shower took a long time to heat up. Everything else was great.

Family trip to venice

It is a spacious apartment for a family of 4 like us. We really liked the property. The hosts were super attentive and helpful. There is everything you need in the apartment. It is right next to a small canal and the kitchen dining and bedroom has its views. The living area is smaller and has no view but did not bother us at all. Cleaning is also very good. It is a bit far from the center but it is a short walk, 20 minute maximum with small children. There are nice restaurants and shops in the area and good to be out of all the hassle sometimes.

Excellent host- Giovanni met us at the ferry and showed us how to get to the apartment, pointing out key locations along the way!Immaculately clean with a few useful extras (sugar, tea, coffee etc). Lots of cupboards to store/hang clothes. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Venice!

Possibly a few extra coat hangers.....
