Amazing place and great host!!

Amazing place very clean and well decorated,with parking and a lot of places to relax and have a great time.Great location too.The host was amazing and super helpful,definitely recommend it!!

Cozy, clean an well equipped apartment

Really cozy and clean apartment. Personally decorated and fresh. The hostess Martina was adorable and explained everything at arrival. Completelly equipped apartment.

The couch in the livingroom is not flat for sleeping. Our child did not mind but for an adult maybe not.

A home away from home ❤️

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in quiet neighbourhood, yet only 5 mins walking distance to supermarket, bakery, cafes and beach. Only a 15 min walk to ferry harbour and Split centre. We parked our car in front of apartment, closed the gates and did not need to drive anywhere for our 3 day stay. Our host, Martina, was so lovely. She gave a rundown of everything within the apartment and also provided map of city marking out important sites and restaurant recommendations. We were then left in privacy. Was handy to have washing machine, WiFi signal was very strong, everything including air conditioning worked well.

That we only stayed for 3 nights. Wish it was longer!

Superb apartment in great location

We loved the apartment! It was located within east walking distance of both the city centre and the beaches so we could leave the car locked inside the gate and explore Split on foot. The communication with our host was excellent. Martina had thought of everything! The apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean, with new facilities, lots of homey touches and supplies like salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil and laundry detergent which made settling in easy. Our host met us to give us the keys and to give us information about the apartment and the area. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, letting us know that we could ask her any questions throughout our stay.

Excellent

Cozy apartment exactly as described. Super nice and helpful hostess who showed us everything, she even paid the parking ticket fine on our behalf at the post office, really appreciated her doing that. The apartment is in a very nice locality , 10 minutes walk to the old town, 5 minutes to restaurants and the promenade. The beds are very comfortable , nice bathroom.

The shower area has no door so water tends to spill out.

Perfect apartment for staying in Split

A very nice and practical apartment. Everything is available and very nicely furnished. The location is perfect. It is 1 km to the city center and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Parking directly in front of the house. Very nice landlady. Many stores for daily needs within walking distance.

Lovely location, lovely warm host, lovely, spotless and well equiped apartament. We had a wonderful 3 nights stay. We totally recomend it.

A small minus might be the fact that one can hear the neighbours in the building, but it's a quiet neighborhood and the noise is whithin normal living limits.

Great location, 5 mins walking distance to the beaches and restaurants, less than 5 mins walking distance to supermarkets, 10 mins walking distance to the city center, modern and very clean with an extra touch of care from the owner, kitchen amenities adequate, nice front and backyard, communication and handover very efficient and polite, Martina makes an extra effort to make you feel welcome and gives inside tipps

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is spacious, well equipped. Has dishwasher and washing machine. Outdoor eating space. Quiet nighbourhood with easy access to Split. Host extremely helpful. Recommend for a short or long stay.

One word is enough to describe this apartment-perfect! Exceptionally clean and fully equiped apartment. What ever you could need even for longer stay, you will find here. Host Martina is very kind and patient. I made a few complications with booking and our arrival time, but she was still really nice and caring :).

Perfect location, not too close to the busy areas but close enough and only a short walk. Owner was very lovely and very helpful. The apartment has a second outside sitting area (which isn’t pictured), perfect for evenings.

contacted host via whatsapp when flight landed, host was already there to greet us upon our arrival. Everything you need is in the house, no need to buy anything. Host is super helpful, location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, port and city centre, will come back again for sure, 10/10.

Perfect place for holiday

The property was close to multiple beaches, close to city center. It was very clean and nice. The apartment is well equiped.The host was very nice, helped us with suggestions about what we should visit.

Best place to stay in Split!

Martina is an amazing host! The apartment is brand new with all the best renovations for your confort. Bedroom as a window to the terrace where you can leave your clothes drying. Bathroom has a good shower and the size is very confortable. It also has a washing machine. Living room with kitchenet also good in size. Front door direct to dining table outside and to the car park. The location is right in the heart of Split next to the main beaches, bars and restaurants.

Nothing. All was very nice and I strongly recommend Martina's apartment for a holiday in Split. It has all the commodities and it's for a very reasonable price. You will have a great time if you stay In!

Great location and host!

Martina was an amazing host! We could always contact her for anything and even when a small inconvenience happened, she took care of it very quickly! The location is perfect! The appartement is exactly like it's portrayed on the pictures.

Good location. Friendly and helpful host. Very well equipped kitchen.

Very noisy neighbors during the night. In 2020 there were two construction sites near the apartment and it was noisy and dirty. There isn't pavement on the street on which is the front door. Traffic goes very fast and it is dangerous.
