Clear instructions as to how to find the accommodation down a very bumpy track. Host - Daniella - very friendly and helpful, arranged forest night tour for us. Amazing views and scenery - coatis coming right up to the house and onto the balcony! Property was very clean with great facilities. Walkable to restaurants - about 1.5km - need a torch at night. Highly recommend.

The house is a work of art! The woodwork in the entire house is incredible. The rooms were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to everything and also secluded.
It was a little loud in the house with a full family but we were mostly there just to sleep.

Gorgeous location. We had one member of our family that is not able to walk far and he was thrilled to have such a beautiful view from the wraparound patio to enjoy. It is a little bit of a hike or drive to the rest of the town - so we had to plan our outings to ensure we also picked up groceries or take-out on a drive back in. Very secluded. Very peaceful.
Truly the house fits 6 people - the daybed really didn't work very well for having one or two people sleep on it.

We didnt have breakfast there but location was brilliant.
Cushions on chairs outside. Having coffee milk or creamer would be nice and perhaps including breakfast would justify the price a bit more

This was literally the most amazin place I have ever stayed in. Its unreal. Aside from the location this is a truly one off opportunity to stay somewhere you will never get to be in again. DO NOT MISS OUT, we loved it. Ernesto was SUPER helpful before we arrived and nothing was too much trouble once we were there. Thanks so much!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is very well maintained, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the view from the floor to ceiling windows is magnificent.
It is a bit of an adventure to get to the house as the roads are quite rough but this is expected in Costa Rica. Be careful with the door going to the back porch as it sometimes locks when you aren’t trying. We almost locked ourselves out a couple of times before we decided to always have the key with us.

Phenomenal views! Very private location yet close to town. Beautiful woodwork. Coatis arrived like clockwork every morning. Woke up to a monkey in the tree outside my bedroom window. And a superb host!

This is the most beautiful place I ever been to!
The view is just stunning and the house itself is a dream house, highly recommended!

The house is beautiful. It can get quite warm in the afternoon but cools down quickly once the sun sets. The view is spectacular. Coatis agoutis and capuchin monkeys are commonly seen in front if the house.
The driveway down is a bit intimidating especially if you have a small car but it no worse than many roads in Monteverde.
