The pool area was beautiful.
The villas would have been nice but they definitely need to update and repaint/change doors in villas. The place looks outdated and needs touch up.

I like that you can go to the beach if you want.
Place is quite a bit old, they need to do some renovations. They do clean the room, but as I know, if you put your bath towel on the bathroom floor, you need to replace it with new one. But as I saw, they just took and fold it, and put it on the bed.

outdoor, near beach
I booked for 3 days but I had to cancel the 2nd day because:
It stinks, rooms smells musty and like a sewer. no hand towels, foot towel so dirty. everything is so gross in the room including the washroom. i had to call maintenance to clean the toilet, we arrived with toilet full of rusty scrubs. They are over price, pictures and description is far way different in reality.
They agreed to refund me but I’m still waiting for it. They really need to update.

The rooms are not sound proofed.I can still hear the noises from the next room and people walking on the hallway.

The whole property is beautiful and lovely to relax
We stayed on a Saturday night and the bar closed around 9 so we couldn’t get any drinks

The place is beautiful especially the nipa house accomodation which added attraction to the place. The swimming pool is big and clean.
The rooms itself are old including the bedsheets, towels and the whole interior. Yes it is a vintage kind of like place but it needed repainting coz the walls and the doors are kinda dirty. In the bathroom, the shower/faucet are rusty as well. The bedsheets and towels are dirty white so the hotel need to buy a new set of bedsheets and towels.

Breakfast was included with our stay. The location of the resort is conveniently located near a 7-11 so I can get a snack. The view is perfect. The staff is professional and friendly.
The shower pressure was weak in the morning (only experienced once) but it didn’t bother me much.
