Simple and cheap
The place was simple, well located inside Batac.
No breakfast even though it was advertised.

Seems there are ghosts. 2 guests experienced somebody pulling there leg !
Accessible to transportation,food and sights.
A little too pricey considering that there is no free breakfast. The bathroom floor is slippery. There should be separate blanket other than the bed cover. The tv has very limited channels.

It's okay
The house itself is so nice with a nice garden
The property is located beside a road. The noise coming from the street is unbearable it's difficult to sleep during the night. They can also do better with a larger and thicker linen knowing you are sleeping in the room with air condition. They have provided us with one thin layer of sheet thus my husband and I are pulling it from each other.

Affordable, clean place. The old house has been preserved well. Garden is spacious.
Place is clean. With assigned shared bathrooms per 2 rooms (the room that we booked didn't have a private CR). Good covered parking.
It wasn't cleared with the guests whether they can serve breakfast. We ended up eating somewhere else.
