Great location,
An alarm kept going off all through the night worst nights sleep I’ve EVER HAD!!
3.0
The single room had a bed too short for a normal person and also very hard madrass.
3.5
Ideal for visiting Portsmouth and Osborne St, Southsea
Lampshade missing from bedside lamp.
No electric plugs next to tea/coffee facilities.
Outside steps slippy, needs markers to show edge of each step.

Room and hotel was fine, but very hot and noisy. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable. Good location with a lot of nice bars and restaurants around.
4.0
shiny and comfortable
One single step out the front of the entrance is slightly larger. it made me miss step each morning which made me almost fall over. it’s minor, but I thought it is worth raising anyway.

nice decor
was cold , lots off noice all through the night , especially coming from hallways you can hear what everyone is saying in the corridors and stairs are very loud

close to the sea front, clean, friendly check in
bathroom didn’t have a bin (most people wouldn’t think this was a big deal but if you’re a woman and have your period, it’s preferable for there to be a bathroom bin to dispose of sanitary products)

perfect location , really enjoyed breakfast
shame breakfast wasn’t on site

Spotless Hotel and friendly staff. Great location.
Breakfast said it was included, but no info was given about that, so we didn't have breakfast in the end. My sons shower head was broken in his room. Tiny kettle and no available plug socket to use near where it was placed so awkward to use. A hairdryer would have been useful.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly. The room was very clean with all the necessities
It was lovely but very very overpriced for one night stay. I feel the price was hiked up just because it was the bank holiday
3.5
the welcoming and very polite staff on the desk.
the horrible yellow staining at the top of the net curtain and the rip in it. I believe these were mentioned on trip advisor before.

Lots of loud music till late hours .Breakfast was at a location quite a walk from hotel. Vouchers for breakfast did not cover the cost of breakfast all in all very disappointing as this was a break for my husband after radio therapy for cancer.

2nd stay at this lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming, the location is perfect for exploring Portsmouth and the breakfast vouchers that you can purchase for just £5 enable you to have a gorgeous/high standard breakfast at a local cafe.
Very minor comments here. There are a lot of stairs in this hotel so it might not be for anyone with mobility difficulties. Toilet seat in room 17 needs replacing, it moves! No parking permits available during our stay, we had to pay £7 but not the end of the world.
