ME ENCANTO QUE EL PERSONAL ERA SUPER AMABLE Y AMIGABLE, LAS HABITACIONES LIMPIAS, CONTABA CON PISCINA LIMPIA Y DE COLORES Y SOBRE TODO FUE DE MUCHA AYUDA LA COCINA YA QUE UNO ENCONTRABA DE TODO AHI, TODO EL LUGAR EN GENERAL ERA SUPER COMODO EL PERSONAL TE AYUDA MUCHO, LA SRTA. MARIA FERNANDA 100% AMABLE Y ATENTA SIEMPRE ANTE CUALQUIER DUDA.

QUE LAS HABITACIONES TENIAN CAMAS DE DOS PISOS QUE TAPABA LA TELEVISION Y NO SE PODIA VER BIEN, DEBERIAN DE VER MAS CAMAS INDIVIDUALES O EN TODO CASO SOLO QUE EN LA HABITACION ESTE LAS CAMAS NECESRIAS Y NO EN EXCESO COMO ME TOCO A MI QUE ESTOBABAN Y NO DEJABA NI CAMINAR POR EL CUARTO,

Bad service - cheap room but not good value for money

Cheap price (but not good value for money in my opinion). Breakfast was okay

On arrival room / bathroom were not that clean - including many large bugs in the bathroom. Fan was okay in the night but room was still too hot to sleep well. Man who greeted us was consistently helpful, but after we checked out a woman refused to let us sit in the communal area with our bags (whilst we waited for our bus) or use the shower there to rinse off sand from the beach because "we were not guests anymore". Very shoddy service - in six months of travelling in Latin America this is the first time anyone has denied us access to a common area post check out. Do not recommend, especially if you have a night bus to wait for after checking out!

nice facilities but very noisy

The room had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, and nice tv with Netflix was a bonus. The staff were friendly on arrival but we didn’t really see anyone during our stay. there’s no reception area to go to - but the owners gave us their WhatsApp number. the pool and common areas are nice, cute decor.

the room was not sound proofed at all. we could hear everything going on from the other rooms (including people going to the toilet) and people and animals outside. I didn’t get a decent night sleep the whole stay. the location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the beach and main area. however the rooms were not connected to the common areas so the pool and kitchen were round the corner, which was a little inconvenient.

Great host and value for money

The hostess is amazing and very nice. It was amazing that we could get some drinks at any time from the common space and pay later, we felt completely trusted to pay the right amount later, the prices were also near supermarket level which was nice.

The hallway was a bit noisy but it wasn't too big of a problem

the best hosts!

in a city where parties and cars are making loud noises on the main road, this little paradise is hidden away in a little silent pet of the city, making it a perfect little get away in the city! - the rooms nice and big and very clean! the common space always chilled and clean and the hosts just amazing people! we really recommend it to anyone whom wants to visit mancora!

A disgusting place to stay unless you wanna spend it on a cell

Honestly. I don’t like the fact that the place is in the middle of dirt and noisy people in and out if the hotel. There was a couple with the radio out loud in the “pool” and who do not respect other who come to rest, the gist didn’t give a damn about it. The pool never turned the robot so the waters were sitting the with flies and mosquitoes. That was disgusting. A couple of foreigners arrived and told me the host wanted to charge them 129 while we paid 150 money wise this hotel is not worthy and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone apart that there is no potable water and lack is AC so the ventilator will obviously get you sick

Great property, definitely recommend!

The location was amazing, 3 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the best restaurants. Rooms were really clean and well decorated. Lovely, soft towels. Shampoo and soaps included. Good, remote controlled fan. TV with YouTube. Really comfortable pillows. Owner and family were lovely and really helpful. Coffee provided in the morning. Kitchen facilities were good. The pool area is a really nice area to relax, and the pool itself was great. The laundry service is outstanding and got our dirty white t-shirts back to brilliant white! Would definitely recommend Casa Aura del Mar. Thank you Susana and family!

Thought that the mesh-only windows might be a problem, but they were fine.
