The location was great. We were close to Busch Stadium.
I am having a billing dispute with the hotel. They are not giving me credit for the $391.28 I paid to Booking.com when I made the reservation, and no one at the hotel is ever available to discuss the issue.

Very large standard room. Lots of light. Huge bathroom with shower, soaking tub, tv in the mirror, and bidet. Friendly staff. Great location a few blocks from the larger hotel hosting a conference I attended. The rate was better than the "conference rate" offered at the other hotel If I return to St. Louis, I'll be back.

The hotel was great. It is in a great location for getting around in the downtown area. The staff was efficient and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
Nothing - everything was perfect.

The hotel and room were wonderful. Staff went out of their way to help with anything we asked about. The room was huge (king bed, desk, arm chair and bench with room ro still do floor exercises. ) bathroom was the size of a small bedroom. Quiet. And never heard anything outside the room. AND there was a record player and a few records!
Windows throughout the property could use washing but everything else sparkled. The business center could most definitely use a new printer.

Parking is pricey !

Have stayed at many hotels in the downtown area and the Hotel St. Louis by far exceeded my expectations. From parking, check in and the excellent amenities were above my expectations. The rooftop pool and vintage vinyl record player in the room was a bonus too. Our corner king suite was simply a pleasure to stay in. Huge room, the hallway and large bath was almost over the top. Will be the only place we stay in the future downtown.

Pathetic service. Ordered dinner and breakfast and didn't receive any of them. On top of that I was charged for the meals that never got to me. Utterly pathetic.

Breakfast was not good. Bacon and sausage tasted old.

The restaurant's breakfast was extremely underwhelming. First my over medium egg were fully cooked but cold. Second toast was burnt. Third pancakes had a texture similar to grits. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Great location, couldn't hear other guests when we were in our room, secure valet parking and responsive valet attendents, comfortable bed and nice bedding, good water pressure in the shower.
Paid to upgrade to a 1-bedroom king suite with a balcony and 'a view', and the 1st room we were given was on the 2nd floor with no balcony and windows about 6 feet in the air. It was like being in a cave. So be mindful that you could book a 1-bedroom king suite, pay $320+ a night, and not be able to see out the windows. The front desk was responsive and gave us a different room on the 4th floor with a balcony; however, 'the view' was a bunch of rooftop HVAC equipment, which was quite loud.

I like how clean the hotel was and the staff had great customer service!

I liked the ambiance and great service. Beautiful hotel
I didn’t like the dusty chandelier/light fixture in my room, the very small clock in the room and the tv in the bathroom mirror didn’t work.

it was beautifully decorated for Christmas & very clean.
it was nice but the listing said there was a hot tub and there was not & also they said at check in there was free continental breakfast & it ended up costing $80+ for 4 people to eat cold eggs and stale bagels

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was excellent. The food at the hotel restaurant was a highlight and we received great service from the bar staff. Internet was fast and reliable. Valet staff were helpful and quick to retrieve our car when needed.
Only 1 minor issue which was quickly resolved. I'd booked for 4 people but the sofa bed had not been made up and only 2 towels had been provided. When I ask for the sofa bed to be made up I was provided with sheets and blankets but had to make up the bed myself. I had to ask a second time to get additional towels.

Very attractive boutique hotel in middle of downtown. My regular room was a two-room suite with large rooms. TV in mirror in bath. Beautifully decorated. Nice bar and restaurant in lobby
Only parking is across the street in a parking garage so you almost have to use valet. Breakfast was not included. Short staffed but I think that’s a problem everywhere.

that downtown St. Louis is so sad.
