Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have bottled water replenished. The light show in the evenings was spectacular.
The internet connection was poor. I had to go to reception and have them work to get our internet connected so I could retrieve our tickets for the hockey game. The menu in the lobby was quite restrictive and we were unable to find anywhere else to eat on the property after 9:30

The property itself was way more than I expected.
No free breakfast LOL

It was all good!

We loved the hotel and the atmosphere of it. It was beautiful! It was nice having some attractions connected to the hotel along with restaurants. Made things easier with a toddler. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Check in could have been a little earlier. We chose to park our own vehicle instead of using valet and still had to pay $35.

It was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable.
It was very confusing and frustrating trying to navigate the property. And when we asked employees for help they would just point in the general direction. The map helped some, but not much.

Great staff, great rooms, very very quiet and comfortable! Valet Parking staff were outstanding in spite of the bitter subzero temperatures
Poor food menu choices at the bar and quality of food was sub par for an establishment of this caliber. Need a quality restaurant "inside" the hotel. The walk to the nearest restaurants was quite cold and inconvenient. There is so much space for potential restaurants within the hotel.

We loved the staff, all were very kind and helpful. The valets were excellent. The building was beautiful and the room was great.
I am a disabled person who needs a wheelchair. There were ramps and elevators. But not all we’re easily accessible. There were not enough handicapped accessible doors. It is very challenging to push a wheelchair and open a door at the same time. A single parent with a stroller would have the same problem. Also, when trying to access the ramp the way was closed due to a wedding.

The location, the light show
The bathtub had hairs in it, we were not told in advance about the $35 a day parking fee, there was a wedding so the light show was not happening, checking in was difficult as wedding guests were flooding in and no one was around to explain where we were supposed to go.

The grounds had beautiful outdoor seating areas. Location within the Union Station offered so many options of entertainment.
A microwave in the room.

The staff was excellent, the location was great and the architecture was beautiful.
we couldn't get in the block for our event so the room was a little pricy.

I love the atmosphere, heritage and just such a wonderful place to stay!
I wish I would have known that the grand hall was closed to public for a wedding!! This was such a disappointment. It is one of the reasons we stay! It should be relayed to guests ahead of booking.

The hotel lobby / bar area was the exceptional thing about this place. It's stunning to look at. There's a fun light show in the evenings projected onto the ceiling. The breakfast was superb too.
I think it's too expensive for what it is. Our first room smelt like it had a drainage problem (thankfully the hotel moved us next door). The rooms seemed dated - particularly the bathroom. I was very disappointed to find that the pool was not in use and looked dirty. Our door cards were not working properly (despite renewing them) - one time we were stuck somewhere and couldn't get out until a passer-by used their card to help us! Maybe I didn't read the small print but the car park is an extra cost which when you've paid a lot of money for a hotel you'd hope would be included.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was extremely nice. The amenities around the property were outstanding. The restaurants were great.
Rooms climate control seemed to not work. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Could not get a late check out even though we lost an hour due to the time change.
