F&B Staff were pleasant. Bartender at outside bar was very good. Food was good. Room had nice view and decent size.
Front desk too officious not welcoming really. Facility well kept but location next to seedy casino seemed misplaced. Our bathroom needed repairs. Wall paint was peeling and stained. AC had a noise when clicked on and off. Not 5 star for sure.
We wanted to stay another night and was offering a rate $300 higher than booking site. Front desk combative over this, so we checked out and went elsewhere. That soured our visit unfortunately

Impeccable

Everything is positive
Only one small negative, we were unable to open the small fridge in our room. Someone came with an entirely diff fridge. Def over the top (good) service but he was unable to open fridge either.

overpriced. way overpriced.

Everything was on site.
Less prestigious and pricey hotels, Inns, and Resorts have free breakfast. The only thing complimentary is coffee? until 8 AM?? That’s the worse!!! That’s insulting for the amount of money you pay to stay there. The policy seems aimed to take advantage of the perceived financial status of the consumer.

The restaurant was nice and the food was very good.
For the price paid, having only one sink in the bathroom instead of two was disappointing and the size of the room was smaller .

We had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on! Everything was so nice we had the best anniversary ever here!

Top floors of hotel are still under construction. We were placed in a finished room on a floor heavily under construction which started at 8 am on a sunday. This was unacceptable

Staff was amazing, the place was very clean, beds were very comfortable. It was pretty quiet except for a hammer drill at 9 am from another room being renovated but that was only once.
No microwave or kitchenette in our room but there sure was a stocked mini bar. LoL we had to request an additional fridge for our drinks and they brought one right up
We got locked outside in the cold on the 8th floor pool deck after being in the hot tub. We has even called to let them know we were getting in it and they said they would keep it open to 8. They just locked the doors and didn't even check to see if anyone was still out there. Thank God it was not freezing out but it was sonly 48° and we were wet. Had to walk through the restraunt between tables of diners. How embarrassing was that.
Then I was sent an email telling me I would get a $50.00 credit per night stay towards spa treatments or food and when I asked how that worked they told me Instead, I was given one free night of stay since I had booked three nights so I no longer got the credits. However, when I got my statement, they changed me over $1400 dollars
. The room I booked was $335. A night. You do the math because apparently they can't do that. But I came up with $670 plus taxes and fees but I digress. I'll take that up with them later on poor math skills. And this coming from someone with only an Associates Degree. No Master here. Anyway, we've stayed in much nicer rooms for far less expensive bills but I will say this... I will be going back to the day spa. You don't have to stay in the hotel to utilize the spa and the many treatments available.
We were going to have dinner on site at Morton's since a good steak sounded yummy but $74 for a steak was a bit more than I was willing to spend, so we went to Sybergs and had an amazing dinner and some drinks and was able to give our server the difference in what we would have spent at Morton's. Made her entire week so it was so worth it.

The staff was more than accommodating to make a night between me and my partner as special as it could be. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
everything about my stay here was splendid, until the next morning. It seemed as if construction was being done relatively close to us in the hotel. Which means that banging noises and power tools were being used that were able to be heard from our room. It woke us up and kept us from truly enjoying the rest of our experience until the checkout at noon. It would’ve been nice to know these things ahead of time so we can anticipate it.
