Friendly staff. Convenient location to venue we were visiting.
My car was vandalized in the VALET parking lot!!
Food service took forever and was overpriced.

Great location and the staff is extremely nice!
The beds are terribly uncomfortable, the mini fridge in our room was unplugged and warm, and the Rooftop Bar which serves food every day, was not serving food the one day we were there (and the bartender was a little rude), ice machine was broken on our floor, AND there was no in room dining available in the morning, as there was a “miscommunication” I was told. I didn’t appreciate the expense of the hotel, and not having 1/2 of the amenities which come with the rate.

Ideal location for visiting WashU student.
The room was not as pictured; bit outdated.

The on site bar/restaurant. Style and theme. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Great neighborhood with lots of activities, shopping and dining options. Great area in St. Louis.
Upon check in we found that our room was attached to another guests reservation and was unable to check-in without their permission. The staff took a phone call from the other party and did not check any identifying information from either of us to verify the persons or reservations.
The safety and security of the parking. Eight plus cars had their windows smashed overnight. We learned this is a regular occurrence. If this is the case, more security is required and should be provided by the hotel.

The location, the hotel food, and the room itself were all lovely and clean. Having such a nice hotel that also accommodated our small, well-behaved dog was especially nice for us.
The size of the hair conditioner was inadequate to condition my hair, which is long and thick. Next time, though, I will be sure to ask for more.

The atmosphere and decor were amazing. The rooftop bar was fantastic and the young lady bartending up there was absolutely phenomenal. The beds were amazing.
Absolutely love the whole place. There was Not anything that was such an issue that I feel it deserves a complaint.

Its a nice property in a great part of town...especially if you're seeing a show at one of the local venues in the Loop.
Not much ... its a pleasant stay in a well-appointed and super conveniently located hotel.

location and staff
bed was too high, toilet paper even with toilet and bedding had to be pulled out to get covers higher on bed

I always enjoy how close it is to the Pageant venue! It being at the end of the Delmar Loop allows for easy access to many other stores during the day and a short walk for concerts at night.
Everything was great and clean! The only minor thing is that I feel like the furniture and rooms need a little updating. The theming is cute and super unique but it doesn’t really match the vibe/style that the hotel lobby puts off.

Location, loved the rooftop bar.
Was not willing to work with us to cancel room next day due to booking early.

It is clean and fairly no-frills beyond a bit of superficial moon imagery.
It wasn't as quirky retro-modern as it looked in photos. Other than moon pictures on the walls instead of generic pictures of St. Louis, it's a standard hotel. No breakfast unless you eat at the attached restaurant and pay for a sit-down restaurant meal. Not even a coffee machine. Just the instant one-cup Days Inn variety that evokes the seventies by always including two decafs for every two actual coffees. Decaf? Why did hotels never let go of this idea that half of people like decaf? And why never more than one serving? I could bring this up regarding any hotel chain, but it was indicative of this hotel's fairly mediocre offerings. Good location in the Loop near Washington University where there aren't many other hotels -- that's the best feature.

the ambiance of the entire place was excellent
the room had a weird smell

the decor was really cool inside
the bar on the rooftop wasn’t open

Great location!
The wall in the bathroom had had something splattered on it and it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mattress topper was stained and there was something on one of the pillow cases. Just little details in the cleanliness were missed. We were able to overlook most of it and the pillow was quickly replaced.

Everything. Great space themed hotel. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful and informative to help our sightseeing. Room was large with lovely comfy bed and great shower. The Delmar Loop is a good place to stay with boutique shops and good restaurants and easy access to downtown using the Metro to visit the Arch and museums. Comfortable area to walk about. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay Great.
