About this house rental

This property is a 6 year old 3 story property ideal for one or two families looking for lots of space in a great area. This home has 4 bedrooms, living room, dining area, rec room, 3 full baths and 1 1/2 bath. The third level consists of three bedrooms, laundry room, full bath and open seating area. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and en suite, second bedroom has queen bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms contain brand new furniture and mattresses. Main level consists of living room with a 60" tv(Netflix), 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, dining area with sliding door to patio containing BBQ and seating. Lower level has a rec room with new furniture and 60" tv , bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Ideal for families looking for private space for older kids or separate living for second family. The property is located in central location only minutes from historic downtown and PEI's beautiful beaches and golf courses.

Anton's house was great for our group of five. Everyone had their own bed and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate. Location was perfect, a short drive anywhere we needed to go. Very happy with Anton as a host. Lovely experience overall!

The house was very clean and showed just like the pictures. Centrally located in Charlottetown to downtown or any excursions you want to take. If we had any questions, Anton was very quick in replying to you. We definitely recommend the spot.

Property was very clean, well equipped, and the owner was responsive and accessible. The location is central, in a family neighborhood, with great access to shops and downtown Charlottetown. As a group of 4 golfers on vacation, the house offered everything we wanted.

A great house with everything we needed & so clean. Top quality, couldn’t fault anything. Well situated for getting around but would recommend getting a car. We had a fantastic 11 nights. Thank you Anton, the home is a credit to you .

This was an ideal location near Charlottetown within 20 minutes of beaches and other various attractions. Groceries stores within 10 minutes. Anton's place was immaculate, clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Anton was quick to answer any questions I had. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely go back!!

It was a fantastic first experience with Vrbo! The property owner was great to communicate with. The house was new and extremely clean. Location was great. Seemed to be only 5-10 minutes from everything in Charlottetown. Only 10 min from airport. Only negative comments I would make is the master bedroom bed dipped badly in the middle. All other beds were great.

Anton's place was exactly as described. We enjoyed our 5 nights while our foursome played different golf courses in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, and Anton was very responsive to our questions. One of our group left a jacket behind, which Anton kindly dropped off for us at another Charlottetown location. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Little noisy at times with the neighbour's being so close in the back and the construction going on out back and in front.

The property overall was great. We not informed that since booking new houses were being built behind the house obstructing the view shown in the original ad, it would better to know that carpenters would be start work at 730am. Small things were missed /overlooked by the cleaners. On the most part our time was enjoyable.

Great place to stay was centrally located. Beds comfortable. Everything we needed. There was 8 of us so could of used a couple folding chairs in the dinning room but would highly recommend. Even survived the tropical storm.

Perfect!

We were a group of 8 ladies plus a 6 month old baby. This property was conveniently located for us to use as a home base to explore PEI. The many bedrooms and levels allowed us plenty of privacy and the spacious kitchen, dining and living area provided a great space to gather together. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Communication with the owner was prompt, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

This was our first VRBO rental in PEI. This house was clean, very well equipped, with all the amenities that made our vacation enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. The only small nuisance were the fruit flies in September in PEI. Trash and compost are not picked up often enough. Not the owners fault, it's the town's. The owner Anton responded to our texts regarding any questions or concerns very quickly. We would not hesitate to rent from him again.
