A professional and well-located hotel in central Tokyo

Very good location - walking distance from the Tokyo station and Ginza. The bathroom/shower was particularly big. The room is very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Special kudos to the staff of the hotel: they went above and beyond to help us, and made our stay at remm really comfortable. This hotel is particularly good for business travellers.

One thing to keep in mind: it's a hotel in the centre of Tokyo, so the room may feel small for some.

Loved the location, facilities, and staff!

The rooms are very clean and modern, quiet, and the room had a massage chair! Comfortable firm mattress, rain shower was great. The large windows made the room bright and well lit. The room would feel spacious for one person, but would fit two for a short stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, it made my stay much more lovely. The hotel has a lot of facilities, currency exchange machine, vending machine, microwave in the lobby, nice selection of teas, great restaurant, and optional massage services you could order to do in your room. I don't think the location could have been any better! Kyobashi station exit is right in front of the hotel entrance, used it almost every day to get around. Two 7-Elevens right by the hotel, and very close to shopping area in Ginza. You're also staying in front of Kyobashi edogrand and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes. 10/10 for me, would stay there again.

Nothing to note except that the room may be small to fit two people comfortably, but it's average for japan.

We had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location and room layout was thoughtfully designed leaving sufficient space for luggages.

Great that the hotel practices ESG practices allowing guests to opt for no room cleaning service but only change of towels and bottled water replenishment. Would be even better if there is the additional option for only bottled water replenishment without change of towels.

Für Rollstuhlfahrer, die nicht gehen und stehen können, nur bedingt geeignet

Die Lage in der Nähe des Tokio Bahnhof ist top. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer jeden Tag sehr sauber.

Das Behinderten-Zimmer kostet das Doppelte eines normalen Doppelzimmers, das ist wirklich extrem teuer. Auf unserer Reise das mit Abstand teuerste Zimmer. Die Toilette ist trotzdem nicht behindertengerecht (man kommt nicht mit Rollstuhl rein) und es gibt keinen Duschstuhl. Die Bettdecken sind extrem dick und schwer. Sie wurde erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage gegen eine Wolldecke getauscht. Aber eine dünnere Bettdecke gab es trotzdem nicht.

Super Hotel in Nähe Bahnhof Tokyo mit perfektem Anschluss an das Metronetz.

Zum Abschluss unserer Ferien wurden wir in einem Hotel verwöhnt, das alles bieten konnte; einen Massagestuhl im Zimmer, eine optimale Lage in Tokyo und eine komfortable Zimmergrösse. Eine gut belüftet Raucherlounge im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen.

Would stay here again!

Very clean, modern, and quiet despite our room being right next to the elevator! Massage chairs were a nice touch after long days of walking. Train station (running the Ginza line) was conveniently right in front and especially welcomed on rainy days. Location is great for exploring/shopping in Ginza.

Double room was on the smaller side but probably typically for Tokyo.

Really comfortable, great location and my go-to hotel in Tokyo

Have stayed here before and now our go-to hotel in Tokyo. Love the location - easy walking distance from Tokyo station. Subway right outside. Short walk into Ginza. The room is small but comfortable and has everything from steamer to hair dryer - don't even need a plug adaptor for the UK. And the breakfast is really great.

I wish there were proper cups in the room rather than plastic cups to drink out of.

Ein tolles Städtehotel..

Die Lage zum Bahnhof Tokio. 10 min zu Fuss. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Bett. Gute ausreichende Ausstattung. Conveniens Store in der Nähe.

Leider momentan eine Baustelle gegenüber. Es war zum Glück nicht all zu schlimm. Wird noch einige Monate dauern.

Lovely corner room with big windows which helped create space when there really wasn't very much actual realeastate!

The massage chair in the room - it remained unused and in the way. Would be good to have been given the choice to have it remain in the room or not.

Primarily a hotel that means business! Tourists be aware!

We have been in Japan > 30 days already. Therefore it is extremely important for our final 4days in Japan to have a good start checking into the Remm Kyobashi . We are very grateful to Ms Tsukada because this cheery and helpful front office girl made it a very smooth, quick and happy check in. Tq very much Ms Tsukada! However, if you are the average tourist, you may want to think twice whether this hotel is suitable. We are that average tourist. Maybe we can afford a little extra that is all. But we chose the wrong hotel. This hotel sells itself like a business hotel. After all it’s in an office district. The hotel presumes you can pay! You are on business! . Checking out on our last day was quite disappointing. Our flight was at 11pm. The pleasant lady Manager on duty did hear our appeal and grant a late check out at 3pm but with 4500 jpy charge. Nevertheless we think this fee is reasonable but eventually decided not to take up the offer. We were upset by what we subsequently discover. There is no such thing as FOC late checkout even at 1, 2pm! Each hour after 12 is 1500 jpy. 2pm is 3000. That’s how 3pm is 4500 jpy (45 sgd) arrived at. The hotel charges a night’s FULL stay rate from $250-300 SGD for late check out anytime after 3! No flexibility! This is even though we did our research and there are many rooms left unsold for that night. We offered to pay a reasonable portion of the room rate for 6pm check out but this was politely rejected. Full rate or no 6pm. Hotel policy! For us tourists, I think this rigidity in the hotel’s policy does not benefit the hotel nor its guests. Most importantly it left a somewhat disappointing impression on our last days of stay in Japan. Remm could have done better to differentiate between business travellers and tourists but it didn’t! Perhaps it don’t want to! Business is too good! So we conclude that this hotel is money first, customers last. Tourist guests also have to get used to the room size.

It is so far the best hotel I stayed in Tokyo after my five visits.

The hotel is amazing: I am literally copying and pasting what I shared on my personal social media Tokyo to all my friends: Remm Kyobashi - Brand new - Location:11/10 direct connection from Haneda airport via subway Keikyu line, 8mins walk to Tokyo station (it’s like central station in Sydney but much bigger and more connections) if there is a Shinkansen transfer to other region on the itinerary one station away or 10 mins walk from Ginza which is one of the three CBDs in Tokyo, and the shopping paradise. Amenities 10/10 - the rain shower is like a waterfall, there is a massage chair in the room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️such a thoughtful idea/ USB charging ports ; two choices of pillows on the standard setup - memory foam and normal; the soundproof and light blocks are fabulous for light sleepers like me. ❤️Luggage same day delivery: if you are changing hotels in during your stay in Tokyo (within the 23 Tokyo districts)you could organize the luggage to be delivered rather than dragging them along as there are a lot of stairs in Tokyo. - Great value for money - Room Size is Tokyo Standard - Very friendly staff who speaks fluent English and very helpful

Location - next to Kyobashi metro and 6 mins walk to Tokyo central station. Hotel was well appointed and good quality. Room throughly planned to maximise space. Full shower, not over bath. Staff are very helpful.

Great location in sleek area of Tokyo

Location very good, right next to a station and also an easy walk to Tokyo Station. Heaps of good restaurants around. Loved the massage chair

Bed was OK. Room a little cramped, but that's pretty standard for the city! The economy double would be much better suited as a single.

Smart but small and expensive

Bedroom small. Made everyone wait until exactly 2pm for check in despite them being ready and us all waiting in the lobby, only to be directed to automated machines whilst multiple staff stood behind reception desk. Expensive for level facilities, airport hotel better priced

Gute ausgestattetes Hotel an sehr guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, in Gehdistanz zur Tokyo Station. Auch diverse U-Bahn Stationen befinden sich in der nähe sowie Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen.

Das Hotel macht den Eindruck, dass es eher auf Businessreisende ausgelegt ist und weniger auf Touristen. Die Zimmer sind auch eher auf eine Geschäftsreise als eine auf eine Urlaubsreise ausgelegt aber dennoch sehr komfortabel.

Great hotel but staff training needed.

Great location. Clean facilities with pleasant design. Good value for that area.

The staff were cold and the person on the front desk bordered on being rude. You have to check in at the front desk but then go to a machine to pay city tax and to get your room number. I can’t see the point of such a system. It doubles the time it takes to check in.
