Great room, excellent location

The location was excellent! Quiet neighborhood to walk around but still very close to the center. The room was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was just right. The staff was super friendly and polite!

It would be great to have some hooks to hang clothes etc. besides only hangers, but that's just a minor inconvenience.

Convenient location with a really cozy and homey atmosphere.

Location was excellent! A metro station was nearby and lots of food choices around the area.

Only 2 washer/dryer could be used. Some guests were not getting their clothes promptly so it was a bit challenging to time the washing of clothes.

Good place for a short stay - basic, but good value for money.

Good location close to public transport links. The staff were very helpful, and we were able to leave our baggage in their care both when we arrived early and when we checked out but didn't have a train until the afternoon.

We knew the room would be small, but it was smaller than we had anticipated. This made it a little awkward with two large suitcases.

Guter Standort für die letzten Tage vor dem Heimflug.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Ueno war für die Wahl ausschlaggebend, daher eignet sich das Hotel güt für die letzten Tage in Tokyo vor dem Rückflug von Narita aus. Nahe Ueno, Okachimachi und Akihabara ist es lebhaft mit vielen Ausgeh - und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch kann man sich den Besuch des Nationalmuseum und des Ueno Parks für diesen Standort aufheben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen, eiin Fenster und einen Ausblick über die Stadt, was nicht immer selbverständlich ist.

Es wird Frühstück angeboten, das aber aufgrund des geringen Platzes auf dem Zimmer eingenommen werden soll. Ich rate, lieber ein paar Minuten zu gehen und woanders zu frühstücken.

Good value of money, excellent overall but need to check on the metro stations around

Worth the price. Friendly and helpful customer service, clean and good breakfast. The front desk is able to communicate in simple English which is good enough. They helped us to call taxi and send luggages to other hotel using local logistic service. The room size is acceptable for couple with 2 big luggages.

Traveller need to take note on the public transport metro stations located around. You may need to transit to another service line for some tourist hotspot or walk to Ueno Station.

Ubicación increíble a buen precio.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable estando a solo 10 minutos de la estación de Okachimachi y a 15 de Ueno. El personal del hotel también fue muy amable y hotel es bastante nuevo.

Solo había dos lavadoras y solían estar ocupadas.

Quieter area near busy Tokyo spots.

Good location, close to Ueno and Okachimachi. Easy neighbourhood to walk around. Room reasonable size and comfort. Had fold out shelf for luggage which was very convenient. Staff were friendly, if inexperienced.

Noisy at night from other guests in the hallway - despite signs outside lifts requesting quiet.

Super séjour au coeur de Kyoto !

Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné et l’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu ! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Kyoto. MERCI à Sawa, Anita et toute l’équipe, nous espérons vous revoir un jour !

Great sleep and great location

The hotel doesn't have much in terms of facilities (no sauna, bath, onsen or the like and no restaurant either, it's breakfast only), but the room and the bed were the most comfortable ones out of all the hotels I stayed jn Japan. I don't even know why, but I got some really restful sleep there, which is the most important thing about a hotel. The smaller rooms they have (1 double bed) are absolutely perfect for a single person. For 2 people I can only recommend them if you're traveling very light, and even then it's probably better to take one of their bigger rooms. It's also located in such a way that you can walk to both Akihabara and Asakusa (or easily take the train) and you can get to Shibuya and shinjuku in 30 mins using only 1 train line, which was amazingly.

We loved our stay. Small room for three people, but really well designed. Great location.

Location. Design of the room. Everything feels new. Excellent black out shades. Quiet. Duvet on the bed. Fast elevator. Laundry on site. Breakfast on site and lots of food nearby. Helpful staff. Near subway and walkable to JR Station.

Eggs and bacon not cooked enough. Cereal but no bowls. Weak coffee. Pillows. Room is small (open suitcase on the bed).

Tout, le personnel est charmant, nous avons pu leur confier le transfert de nos bagages vers une autre ville, à 5-10min à pied de station métro Ginza, donc parfait, à 15min à pied de Akhiabara.

Great stay, i'd recommand!

Excellent quality/price ratio. Beds were great. Staff was extremely friendly en spoke English well - and even some French for us. Location was solid, in a walkable distance of Asakusa, Ueno Park and Akihabara. Metro station 3 min away and JR station not that far (less than 10 min). Good but limited choice of restaurants close by.

Rooms were small. Nothing unexpected, it was clearly shown as such in the pictures, and it seems usual in Tokyo, but it was.

Prima hotel, maar slecht ontbijt

De kamers waren ruim en schoon en hadden alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf in een hotel. De locatie was ook zeer goed, vlakbij zowel Ueno en Akihabara en daardoor ook goed te bereiken met trein en metro.

Het ontbijt was zeer ondermaats: de keuze was redelijk beperkt en er was geen ontbijtzaal waardoor je je ontbijt in een bakje moest meenemen naar je kamer. Boek geen ontbijt bij dit hotel, dat is het niet waard!

覺得還好，如果只是簡單住個一晚不要求住宿品質可以住；如果要連續住很多天那我不會考慮再住。

1、加大的雙人床夠大，算舒適。 2、提早抵達願意讓我們選寄放行李。 3、離新御徒町站非常近，覺得算方便。

1、前台服務人員因為語言不通，口氣與臉色的不耐煩顯而易見。 2、浴室沒有乾濕分離，浴室門開口向外，使用上覺得不便。

ＣＰ值很高，住起來也很整體很開心，睡覺很舒適。是會願意回頭再住的地方。

旅館位置地點優勢： 1. 離上野uniqlo御徒町站, 大國藥妝, 多慶屋很近（走路大概10分鐘以內），大概一個公車站的距離，如果怕買東西走路帶回家可以坐公車。 2. 離開旅館去京城上野搭乘skyliner 叫了uber 大概花1000左右日幣。（直接訂位“京城上野”，司機會把你放在有電梯可以到買票的那個出口） 3. 附近有一家Parco, 裡面有harbs，離開東京前去吃了當做早餐，真的非常幸福。旅館加分項目： 1. 可以將行李寄放在lobby，旅館會給你一個號碼牌，認證以後才能領行李，感覺相對安全。而且放置位置就在櫃檯旁邊區域，都有人看著。 2. 櫃檯有一位女士（有點像東南亞人），當我們在chech in 前，將行李寄放在lobby的時候，這位女士非常細心的協助我們擦拭被雨天淋濕的行李箱，我因次給旅館10分，非常謝謝這位女士。 3. 一樓也有洗手間，是無障礙空間。房間本身： 1. 訂購了加大的豪華雙人房型，完全正確的決定，因為在離開日本登機前，要好好收拾行李，兩人入住行李全部攤開沒有問題。 2. 整體而言非常乾淨，無論是房間浴室還是寢具。床很好睡、枕頭也很好躺。我睡得非常舒服，沒有太大的問題 3. 房間有一扇窗戶（大約一公尺長寬公分），雖然不是落地窗，但是陽光灑進來非常舒服，睡覺時窗簾也非常遮光。 4. 電視有很多頻道可以看。 5. 桌子很大有很多空間可以用。 6. 有萬國充電插座跟充電線，非常貼心。

1. 浴室的蓮蓬頭只能手動調整兩種高度，所以洗澡的時候我要一直拿著蓮蓬頭，覺得很累。希望可以加裝無論是哪一種高度都適用的調整器。（剛好前一個旅館是那種調整高度的，用起來相對舒服） 2. 電視底下的可以收納的鐵架桌子的邊角很尖銳，感覺可以用保護的軟物包覆起來，撞到比較不會受傷。

Habitación con cama cómoda y buen desayuno, con opción de prepararlo para llevar.

Lavaderia ocupada la mayor parte del tiempo y no muy buena secadora. Con la humedad de Tokio la ropa tarda mucho en secarse.

Passabel, weil es eine schnelle Notlösung war.

Zimmer zu klein, zu eng. Keine Ablage für Kleider. Die Koffer (für zwei Personen) am Boden. Frühstück,,, unter aller Kritik. Fast im Stehen einzunehmen. Es gab kaum einen Tisch, für viele Personen, die auf einmal zum Frühstück kamen. Zuviel Plastikabfall. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
