The facilities and facilitator are great and unusual spacious room.

I'm so used to staying in hotels in the center of tokyo that I forgot how much more space I can get for a fraction of the price just an additional 5-10 minutes away from the busy areas. Walking to the train station was a breeze and there are plenty of food options and convenience stores just a stone throw away. The rooms were extremely big from what I was used to and the prices can't be beat. It made me feel like I had a home away from home.
Cleanliness could be better, dust was apparent and the headboard being carpeted got me hesitant to rest my head. The shower also seemed to always be clogged but the water still drains, just really slowly. Housekeeping is also not done on a daily basis, take this as a serviced apartment. For short stays they don't clean at all, and for longer stays they only clean from the 3rd day and only on request. Some hooks for towels and clothes would also be greatly appreciated, we ended up using one of their dangling lights to hang our towels as that was the only item in the whole room that had exposed screws. There was only one washer/dryer for your clothes and cycles can run up to 3 hours so it was always a gamble when we brought our clothes down for a wash. If there were drying racks available at least we could just wash them and dry them in the rooms so we won't take up other people's time.

There are many spaces to place the luggage.
There is also a refrigerator and microwave oven.
The bathroom is quite small.

The apartment was pretty big, compared to the normal hotel room size in Tokyo. The staff was very kind to let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, as we had more free time in Tokyo and did not want to stroll around with it.
There was unpleasant smell in the kitchen's room. No

Great, extremely kind and helpful staff. Nice and really comfortable apartment. Well located hotel - peaceful and quiet neighborhood but in the center.

Free Wi-Fi for tourists, nice location for transportation in Tokyo.
Check out time is quiet early at 10am.

Location
Female staffs are nice
A male staff was unfriendly and unkind.
Pans or pots can be taken from 1st floors, but some of those were quite dirty.
In the kitchen, there is no space to cut ingredients, which means a kitchen does not work well.
Need to ask for room cleaning, if you want. But staffs were rarely at reception and so I missed a chance a lot.
4.5
Nice mini-apartment, more spacious than a regular hotel room, comfortable bed and pillows, portable wi-fi.
Didn't have a bath, just a shower, which is fine, but for a longer stay I'd miss taking a bath, although their is a public onsen close by

Environment is quiet. No major problem in communicating with staff in English.
This place provides a portable wifi during stay, useful when going out.
Kitchen and restroom space is cramped, no space to hang or place anything inside kitchen area, very inconvenient.
Washer and Dryer is not inside the room but downstairs at ground floor, inconvenient.
Location is inconvenient, not really close to convenient store or supermarket considered inside the Tokyo city.
Need to wait for quite a long time for hot water, inconvenient.
Balcony is small and not usable.
Kitchen utensils supply is very limited, first come first served based.
This place is over-priced.

Clean, comfy and close to a train station. Incredible help from the front desk (Shun) was amazing at helping us book into things and use the the luggage forwarding system. Loved hanging a room that could fit five! The washer dryer on the main floor was an awesome asset too.
