The property was exactly what we were looking for! I really enjoyed my short walk to the river for a quick dip every afternoon!!

The stay was exactly what we were looking for. Such a comfortable clean property with a relaxing back patio.

Beautiful cabin in a quiet and well maintained area.
Cabin had everything we needed.
Plenty of supplies that you'd have at home.
Bathroom large and well appointed.
Bed comfortable.
Walk to river can be confusing. Just walk up the pebble driveway that you came in on, take a left on the paved street (not main road), walk downhill past brown two-story home with green trim, take a left at oval through a clearing and continue to stay left past concrete shell of home.
Ride into Sequoia takes about an hour from this location due to the entrance road into the park. Curvy is an understatement!
Still an excellent cabin with great location.
Highly recommend!

What a great place! Location was spot on for visiting Sequoia NP. Just right up the road. The Annex was super fun and set up perfectly. The only quirky thing was that there was no stove/oven. Lots of pots and pans, but no way to use them, so our dinner plans ended up being slightly altered. The location by the river was amazing-we had a lovely time sitting on the rocks and just listening to the water rush by. Truly amazing to experience. One of the best parts of the Annex (for me) was upon opening the door as we arrived. My eyes were immediately drawn to the Taylor GS3 guitar sitting there in it's stand waiting to be played. Since it was a stormy night, we stayed in with take out for dinner and I played for hours. Thank you for equipping the Annex with such a nice quality instrument. When we head back to the spectacular SNP again, we will definitely be staying at the Annex again. A+++

Relaxing oasis after spending a couple of days in Sequoia National Park. Very private, well equipped studio with nice attention to detail. Very close to the eateries and small grocery in town. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about our stay! The host were very responsive. Our rental car battery went dead and within 30 min, we were up and running due to our host getting cables and jumping the car. The bed is super comfortable and decor is adorable. Very classy spot. Thank you for sharing your spot with us!

Close to parks and eateries. Wish we could have stayed longer. Ice cream and candy shop in town is a must!! Best ice cream!!!! Everything was at the room and owner knows how to host. From the moment we walk thru the path and opened the front door I thought , Boy she knows about ambiance. Planning yo come back sometime and stay longer. Sequoia is beautiful. Be sure to visit ,Crescent Meadow. Saw 2 bears!! Just a beautiful area!

This property is beautiful with deer walking through it down to the river. Right off the main road but you don’t constantly hear cars. Nice secluded comfortable place

Very comfortable, clean, well-equipped suite with privacy. Of note, the King size bed was very comfortable. Large, clean shower. Good and safe parking. Close to the entry of Sequoia national park. While on the property we saw a buck and his family, quails, and pheasants (sometimes right to our front door), every single day of our stay. We even saw 3 bears across the river while we were enjoying wine by the river bank. Highly recommended!

Loved this location. Very clean, comfy bed, large shower. Great location outside Sequoia. I enjoyed quiet time down by the river. We had our dinners by the fire pit at night. I enjoyed the hammock in the morning watching the sunrise. We saw turkey and deer. Wonderful rental. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Annex
This was the most pleasant VRBO experience I have ever had. The Annex is stunning beyond words. The grounds are so nice and relaxing. After a long day of hiking, we were over the top excited to come back here and relax. There is a river/stream on the far end of the property that we easily could have spent a day here hanging out if we had the additional time. Thanks to the host for responding within minutes for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this for a couple or 2 people. I and my college age daughter stayed here and it was perfect. The town has some great places to eat. The quesadilla truck was delicious and the ice cream shop had the best home made ice creams. You must try them out.

Great place to recharge
This was a great place to recharge after a long day of hiking in Sequoia National Park. It was quiet and peaceful and had everything we needed. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Everything was as described. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy sitting by the river because it was exceptionally hot while we were there so we stayed in the air conditioned comfort inside.

Secluded Perfection!
This is THE BEST VRBO I’ve stayed in! The owners’ attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The home is exactly as the photos look. Very comfortable and very quite (aside from the occasional car driving by). We were greeted by a deer at the front door one morning. We also saw wild Turkeys and an abundance of varied birds right from the front porch.
We will be back next year!

Loved it!
Pictures don’t do it justice. This place was very modern inside with the feel of a hotel having snacks and toiletries. It’s a very spacious studio that is SO close to the entrance of the park. It was exactly what we needed.

Idyllic setting near Sequoia
This is a gorgeous little guest cottage on the river very near the entrance to Sequoia National Park. (Having said that, be aware that it will still take 1-1.5 hours to reach many of the Sequoia points of interest from here because travel into the mountains is slow going up many switchbacks.) It was slightly tricky to locate the property at first, but my wife and I were very pleased once we did; it's wonderfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an outdoor gas grill. If you walk down the drive to the river (highly recommended), you may get to meet Colt, the property owners' extremely handsome and friendly dog. The town of Three Rivers is small but has a few restaurants and a nice little coffee shop. I'd recommend stocking up on groceries in Visalia or Porterville--there's a decently stocked market in Three Rivers, but it's a bit on the pricey side. Larry (the owner) is very welcoming and accommodating, and showed up just after we arrived with a bag of ice and half and half for our fridge. Would stay again!

Great Getaway
This vrbo was the perfect getaway. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The place is very cozy and the bed was so comfy. I loved waking up to the birds tweeting. Colt their mini aussie is super sweet and we hung out by the river.

Great Place just outside Sequoia!
The Annex is terrific. It is clean, comfortable and perfectly outfitted for a weekend away. Diana has thought of everything, even a super cute dog as the welcoming committee (we love you Colt!!). And the river access is amazing! We'll be back for sure!

This is a Gem
We had an amazing time at the River Jewel. The walk down to the river is worth it. Definitely recommend staying here, very peaceful and serene!

Very Private Unit
This unit is new and in excellent condition. It is also unique and private. We even had a deer visit us. The garden in front has all kinds of birds and little wildlife. However, it is close to the road, so there is road noise here so don't be surprised by that.
This unit is 1 of 3. The other two are located right on the river within a 3-4 minute walk. I think next time we will try to get one of those units. Hard call, because The Annex (which is where we stayed) is fabulous. It just isn't right on the river.
The location is perfect for visiting the Sequoia National Park; it is very close to the entrance. I would definitely recommend The River Jewel.
