Demasiado ruido y drenaje tapado

Location of Hotel
Room was full with mosquitos, hot water was not available when I need it. They fix the issue but took them 30 minutes

The hotel is by a bunch of food places and it's just in a nice area very vintage hotel love it so much
The only thing is the staircase but it gives it that vintage look

Atencion excelente

The location is very good, near to the us consulate, the staff is very kind and give great recommendations.
The bathroom had a blow-dryer which I found every useful.
The room had a sofa that looked filthy and the lightning of the room didn't help much...the room looked tidy but with dust in some areas.
The door is thin so everything happening in the lobby was heard right through. The window was facing right to the street and had no thin curtains so the blinds had to stay closed for a little privacy.
An alarm went off couple times in the middle of the night and during the morning for like 5 minutes each time. The restaurant in front of the hotel had loud music until like 1am with not that many clients so it was hard to fall asleep I would have love to have some ear plugs. The bed was very squeaky and the duvet had some weird stains.

near to US Embassy
the noise of the places near to the Hotel, the bathroom was too small, towels were old, no shampoo or anything else than the room. The mattress was hard and the bed clothes old.

- Location is great and room was quiet. Staff was helpful.
- Mattress was soft.
- Room had bare hanging light bulbs, so lighting made us feel like we were in much cheaper hotel.
- Mosquitos in room even though windows closed.

Room size
Comfy bed
Close proximity to the U.S. consulate - helpful when you planning on going, especially early morning
No shower gel, just one complimentary shampoo and conditioner for two people
No complimentary water / coffee at the arrival
Light and power was off for a few ( approx. 4-5) hours during second day of our stay
The room location in the building- you are forced to have the curtains closed at all times, unless you want to share the view of your room with the reception area; “terrace” was just a pit with no view on the surroundings.
Hidden charge of additional 4% of your stay, if you pay with card

Sheets were clean, pillows and bed were comfy.
There's a roof garden to hangout on (not told about it but found it on our own).
Walking distance to the historic center.
Many restaurants and bars near by.
Let us pay the next day so that we could get cash out to avoid their additional charges for paying with card.
When checking in the person at the desk had no idea how much we should pay from our booking and tried to charge us double at first. Then we were told that paying by card costs an additional 4%. I had read this on one review here so I messaged them before arriving to ask if it was true, but they would not respond to me question.
We weren't told anything about the amenities at the hotel when we checked in and they had turned off the hot water on the night of our arrival. Had to ask them to turn it on the next day.
The area is so so so loud. You can hear music blasting outside until 2/3am every night. It was so loud one night that I could feel the bass when trying to get to sleep.
Wasn't the cleanest: hair left in the shower, floor looks grimy, dead bugs squished on the blinds, broken door handle to the closet, bin/garbage can missing the lid. Little things like that added up to make it feel uncared for.
Despite booking two rooms for four people, one room had only one towel and one cup.
Honestly, there must be better places to stay for the same price. It would be ok to stay if you plan on being out partying all hours of the night, but if you want a restful night, this is not the place.

Very convenient for nightlife, coffee and eating spots near the Chapultapec strip

The hotel is located too close to the consulate which worked for me this time
Everything was pretty good
3.0
location , it’s really good
the front room (#2) can get loud because of the traffic and the bars across the street.

Very noisy street. Internet was terrible.

The service was great, very handy. I just love it. Exceed my expectations

Location location location!
The room decor was nice. Everything felt very clean. The staff were friendly.
There are two nightclubs directly adjacent. They are competing with one another to see who can keep you up.
3.0
Everything was more or less as expected, the bathroom floor tiles could use some improvement
Except that they charge you 4% more for using a card, so beware of that
3.5
Friendly and helpful staff, very confortable beds, good location near most restaurants (although very loud...).
There were multiple discotheques, bars and restaurants playing very loud music with heavy bass until 3am on all 3 nights we stayed at this hotel. Its not their fault of course, but I wish I had known this before booking.

We arrived after midnight, but had no trouble checking in, the man at Reception was friendly and warm. Our room was large, the beds comfortable, the shower spectacular. After we'd settled in for the night I realized I needed to print something out for the following day, and went back down to Reception at 1:30am - again, the man helped me pleasantly, efficiently. Check-out the next day was smooth and easy. Great stay, fabulous location, especially if you need to be at the US Consulate early - a half block from a Starbucks, too.
There was a light that shone from the bathroom into the bedrooms, from a service stairway, but I was able to cover most of it with a towel. Ideally, there'd be a way to turn that off, or at least dim it.
