This was a really convenient place to stay - walking distance to the plaza, restaurants, shops and sights. It was clean, cute, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed, and spacious (although a bit of a maze of a layout). The outdoor porch was nice. I’d stay here again.

What a great house within walking distance of everything within the Santa Fe Plaza area! It was such a fun house with so many interesting things to look at! The backyard was great too! Highly recommend!

Literally every turn we made when we first went inside the house, was "dayum ...this house is amazing". We rented for proximity to Indian Market, but it's close to everything - church, restaurants, etc. This eclectic multi-level home is a great value. I will never stay in a hotel again while in Santa Fe.

Loved the ability to leave the car and easily walk to downtown Santa Fe, especially convenient after a couple of drinks at dinner. Beds are comfy, house very clean, place a bit funky - in a good way - and it fit all our needs. The one little downside is we 3 Boomers couldn't figure out the TV (wanted to watch Olympics) even after speaking with Adam. I think that's on us! Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this exceptional property and constantly found new things to admire. If you’ve never been to Santa Fe you will enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful treasures and objets d’art. The location is excellent as is the driveway parking. The backyard is a real gem and the sauna and steam room lovely.

We had a marvelous time at this property. Perfectly located for walking anywhere you like in downtown Santa Fe. What we particularly enjoyed: easy, off-street parking, small courtesies from owner (Pinon coffee, chips and salsa, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper), the steamroom, the sauna, and the charming backyard area where we enjoyed at least two glasses of wine under the stars. Also: check-out process couldn't be simpler. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious patio. I would suggest that the lighting in the primary bathroom be improved. Also, the brick steps from The driveway to the front door were loose which could pose a fall hazard. I recommend that the steps be repaired. Great communication with Adam! Overall a great experience.

This property has an authentic Santa Fe quality. It is a perfectly located for access to the square, canyon road and the ski mountain. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds and bedding were excellent. Entire family enjoyed our stay immensely.

We stayed over new year’s weekend. The house is unique and is a very short walk from the plaza with space to park two large cars in the driveway! My kids loved the sauna and steam room…added bonus! The beds were comfortable with warm blankets for a cozy night sleep. We got to watch the nee years eve fireworks from inside the dining room window as our little one did not make it til midnight. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area!

This home is in a great location - close to all downtown attractions and walking distance to The Plaza, Museums and many great restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone! Adam was great and when we asked for suggestions for eclipse watching and playoff baseball watching he quickly had the best answers! We loved Santa Fe and this home, I hope to return again and would stay here again too!

Two of my college friends and I (we are in our 60s) have been meeting over the October holiday for three years now. This year we visited Santa Fe and Taos, staying at Le Casa de Suerte. The house was fabulous- clean, impeccably decorated with Sante Fe flair, private bedrooms with baths for each of us, furnished with everything one would need (including ample towels, laundry facility, and a steam room and sauna). Off-street parking allowed us to leave my vehicle at the rental which is so conveniently located that we walked to most everywhere we went in Santa Fe. Adam, the host, provided me with a great list of restaurants and even called once we had left to make sure we enjoyed our stay. You cannot go wrong renting this property!

The house is very quaint and was clean. We enjoyed the back patio in the mornings and evenings. It was an easy walk to the Plaza. There is also a small park across the street. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is there is insufficient lighting in the kitchen and the back bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have some olive oil and basic spices available for cooking.

Stayed for a week with entire family, including three small children. Worked very well. Short walk to Plaza, Canyon Rd, etc. Short drive to everything else you might need, and hiking trails are very short drive away. Excellent property, elite location. Will look to stay again for our next trip to Santa Fe.
