The main house and studio do not look into each other but rather face the common garden and there is dining for six on the patio. The studio is delightful. Throw open all the doors facing the garden and you just doubled your living space. The armoire hides the TV, a small fridge and some closet space. The new bath is right there and an extra Keurig is ready for coffee in the morning before you greet the world.
LOCATION. Live in style at the newest and coolest location in town, The Railyard District. Some of the most favored galleries have moved to The Railyard from downtown with their incredible contemporary artists. Live in the heart of The Railyard District and still be only four country blocks from the Plaza. Don't worry, it is really very quiet! A perfect location is your greatest asset in this Santa Fe Vacation Rental home.
ENJOY THE FINER THINGS IN LIFE. Savor the luxury of soothing freshly pressed custom PRATESI linens, cozy robes, lofty down duvets, soft ECO spa towels, and designer toiletries to awaken the senses.
WHY IS DOS CASITAS YOUR FIRST CHOICE? This is a fun place to stay with every part of town within a short walk……and after all, Santa Fe is very much a walking town. You have the best of the Railyard in restaurants, galleries, a brewpub, two movie theaters, and the plaza is 4ish blocks away.
TRUTH BE TOLD. "My husband and I visited Santa Fe along with another couple for 4 nights in July 2015. We stayed at Dos Casitas, which was just perfect for two couples. It is exactly as portrayed on the website. One couple stayed in the main house and the other couple stayed in the casita......this is perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The location is very quiet and convenient to everything. The main house is decorated in a more contemporary southwest style. It is perfect for a couple....lovely bedroom area, living room area and a small kitchen with everything you need. There is a courtyard area shared by the house and the casita....perfect for morning coffee and afternoon "happy hour". The beds in both the main house and the casita are extremely comfy with very nice linens along with a down comforter. The feel is very similar to staying at a nice hotel. Nice linens, towels, robes, etc. They have thought of everything...even an extra starched and ironed sheet in case the comforter is too heavy for your liking. The house manager, Caroline, was there to meet us on arrival and was extremely pleasant to work with. I will mention that the two husbands went fly fishing. They have fished quite a bit in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. This was their best fly fishing trip in terms of the amount actually caught. They used "High Desert Anglers" and were very pleased. I would definitely stay at Dos Casitas on another visit to Santa Fe" M.& J., Longview, TX

This is a lovely 1 bedroom + separate studio rental. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and what I thought was a small fridge held an amazing amount of food and wine!
This is a great location for walking to the plaza or Canyon Rd. It was great to not have to park during the Indian Market.
The apartment is set back from the road and frankly well hidden so it is very private.
Nights on the patio drinking wine and chatting about the day was a relaxing change from the hustle and bustle of work.

This one bedroom + detached studio is a good find for those that want to be close to both the plaza and Canyon Rd. We were able to walk to the plaza for the Indian Market Festival (Yay no parking necessary!)
The kitchen has everything you need and what I at first thought was a small refrigerator held an amazing amount of groceries!
Each night we sat out at the table on the patio with our wine and some candles and talked about our day of shopping and everything going on in the world.
The apartment is professionally decorate and the furniture is comfortable for reading and entertaining.

We had a wonderful few days relaxing at Dos Casitas. The home so well appointed with lovely decor and linens. The patio was a serene oasis to have coffee and plan our day yet we were within walking distance of some fabulous restaurants and art galleries. We enjoyed nights out at Joseph's (only a block away) and La Boca. We loved the Saturday market just a few blocks away as well as the art galleries and museums. We will be back for sure.

Dos Casitas is the perfect setup if you're traveling with an adult child, or another couple. Separate spaces but you can eat and hang out together in the main house. Great location as far as walking everywhere.

We adored our stay at Dos Casitas. The house was exactly as described, beautifully equipped and decorated. It was thoroughly cared for and the amenities were everything one could ask for. Caroline was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend Dos Casitas to anyone traveling to Santa Fe. It is located conveniently close to everything and perfect if you want to go out or stay in and enjoy the fire. We did both and loved every minute.

There is always one who puts their dibbles on the casita and this time it was my eldest son. I so love the setup of Dos Casitas with the casita in the back. We just keep returning and thank you Aqui for always fitting us in. See you again soon.

The pictures only partially capture the beauty and privacy of Dos Casitas. It is a lovely property, very comfortable, and well located to access all that Santa Fe has to offer - just a short walk to most restaurants, activities, and sites in the downtown area. Since we had a car, we also took advantage of our proximity to Bandelier and other trails, doing some hiking during the day and then returning for naps and relaxing on the gorgeous patio before dinner. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Santa Fe. We were 3 people (1 couple) at it was perfect.

We loved so many features of this property; the courtyard is so pleasant; the location is so close to restaurants, museums, and bakeries; and the house and casita are cozy and comfortably outfitted with all the amenities needed. Thanks for Caroline for your hospitality!

We planned this getaway with close friends who live in another state - and this was perfect for all of us. Lots of privacy for each couple and lovely common areas and outside deck. Looks just like the pix online. Great location to walk to stores and restaurants. Caroline, the host, was available to help out when needed. Thanks!!!

My wife, dog and I really enjoyed our month-long stay in Santa Fe - especially with this property as the home base. It's a great location and the property itself was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, with luxurious bedding and sheets in both casitas. We enjoyed cocktails and meals in the garden area, too. We also appreciated the thoughtful and thorough binder of information and suggestions on restaurants, things to do and practical resources. Caroline has everything in place to ensure you have everything you need.
Highly recommend!

What a gem! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Dos Casitas. Perfect for two couples with the private courtyard (what an oasis!) as lovely gathering place for breakfast, happy hour and afternoon/evening conversations. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, shops and museums. Caroline is prompt and easy to communicate with from booking thru departure. Each casita is very clean and wonderfully appointed for a relaxing stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Perfect set up for two couples with the private courtyard (what an oasis!) as gathering place for breakfast, happy hour and evening conversations. Caroline is prompt and easy to communicate with from booking thru departure. We enjoyed walking to fantastic restaurants, shops and museums. Location can’t be beat! We ate out for dinners and did not need to use a “stove” but there is gas range and grill in courtyard so could have easily cooked without traditional stove (there is a convection microwave). Each casita is beautifully appointed, very clean and stocked with everything needed to enjoy a stay at Dos Casitas!

Absolutely perfect! Loved every minute of our stay. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Clean, comfortable, was perfect for what we needed. Gardens are spectacular. Did not want to leave, we were even lucky enough to be able to extend our stay an extra day. Thanks Caroline, she is a pleasure to work with.

I brought my son and two of his friends to Santa Fe so they could snowboard while I enjoyed the town. They are 17/18 years old so dos casitas was perfect. They stayed in the main house and I had the master bedroom detached suite to myself. The home is perfect and Caroline was an amazing host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Perfect set-up for two couples. weather could not have been better.

Dos Casitas was a great place to stay -- for a weekend, a week, or a month (as we did). It's comfortable, well appointed, and the location is perfect. It's a ten minute walk to the Plaza, to museums, to the Railyards (where the farmers' market and art market are every Saturday morning), and to great restaurants. My husband and I stayed in the casita (and I teleworked all month with no problems); our friend took the main house (and she teleworked too).
The only heads-up is that the bedroom in the main house has no doors, it's just located around a corner. And the "stove" is really a convection microwave (which isn't great for actual baking or roasting). So if you're planning to cook, stovetop is best! Great pots and pans and a lovely house equipped with everything you need. We had a thoroughly delightful stay!

My wife and I had a fantastic time in Santa Fe and our trip was elevated by staying at Dos Casitas. The place is close to everything, comfortable and had plenty of space for us. We were in Santa Fe for an extended trip and both the housekeeping and lawn maintenance during our visit were done seamlessly and conveniently. We would definitely stay at one of Caroline's properties again!

Caroline is an excellent hostess and communicator. Our ages ranged from 62-75. Each couple was assured of a nice amount of privacy and the combined use of patio garden and kitchen.

Loved our stay. The location is so convenient for walking to all Santa Fe has to offer. The patio and garden were perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The home is very comfortable, well-appointed and was super clean. Having the casita made it easy to have another couple visit during our stay. Would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful location and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking over the garden every day. Beds super comfortable with the most wonderful sheets! Had a wonderful dinner at Joseph's down the street and breakfast at Mille for a couple of mornings. It was perfect and Caroline a delight!

We loved Dos Casitas! Each casita was most charming and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was conveniently situated to allow walking to The Plaza, shopping and dining in town.

Wonderful!
Aqui Santa Fe was the most well-appointed and cleanest of any VRBO rental I've stayed in. Very private with a beautiful garden. It is within walking distance to so many places and restaurants, which is great because Uber and Lyft can be a long wait or unavailable.

Dos Casitas
Had a wonderful time in Santa Fe and enjoyed our stay at Dos Casitas. Perfect location. The Casita was just like the pictures. Walk to town, the Railway
( awesome Farmer's Market), and to Canyon Road. Drove to Ghost Ranch several times, hiked Bandelier National Forest, adjust enjoyed all the city and the surrounding area has to offer. Jospeh's restaurant was fantastic and 1/2 a block away. Also enjoyed El Nino, The Tea House , Geronimo, Radich and Rye, and The Musuem Hill Cafe and so many more. Would stay here again.

This property is perfect for two couples. Separate sleeping quarters with private baths and entrances is very uncommon but extremely convenient. The beds and linens are hard to get out of. Loved them. The property is beautiful and relaxing.

Perfect Setup & Location!
We rented Dos Cositas for a little over a month and throughly enjoyed. Truly a home away from home with everything you need in a beautiful and perfect location to walk or drive to explore Santa Fe. As we lived and worked from Dos Casitas for a while, the two separate casitas was perfect to spread out and more room to enjoy or use for work.

Aqui Santa Fe October 2020
We had a reservation snafu that made us all scramble last minute to make the trip work out. Caroline at Aqui Santa Fe went out of her way to make sure that everything went well and that our trip was successful. She moved us to another property much closer to the Square that was an excellent choice for the two of us. The property was very well appointed, clean, comfortable, and made for a great launching off point to explore during our first trip to Santa Fe.

Great host (Caroline) with great properties; this one is a charmer walking distance to Railyard District and Plaza. Our party of 6 was comfortable; MIL and 3 kids stayed in main house while mom and dad took the private back house; perfect! Very comfortable beds! We will return! Thanks Caroline!
