The lady on reception was exceptionally helpful, she showed me how to set up apps on my phone for the transport system and other things. Well beyond her hotel duties.

Great location and staff. Very helpful. 24-hour coffee bar was awesome. Comfortable bed. Feels very secure, the check-in process was seamless. Staff was available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. Very close to Light Rail and the markets. 2 beautiful terraces that looks out to all the tourist attractions.
The room was a little bit small but I think this would be true for most hotels in Jerusalem. Wish they had a fitness center but walking all day takes care of that.

Beautiful property, with a lovely view and even lovelier staff! Very central and close to the city Center, nearby market & old city of Jerusalem.
The entrance was a bit confusing, and not as nice as the property itself

Very close to everything. Tram stop just outside the hotel. Amazing view from the terrace. Also got an amazing view of the Dome of the Rock from our room. The staff gave us useful information on open restaurants and stores during the Sabbath, since basically EVERYTHING closes down from around 4 pm Friday and opens around 9 pm Saturday, or some even Sunday morning.
Super slow wifi and super slow elevators! Our bathroom was quite small and the shower doors weren’t tight enough so it flooded the bathroom floor.

Pretty basic, but pleasant. Beautiful view.

This was my first visit to a Jerusalem. I highly recommend this hotel it’s a boutique hotel, and it feels like you’re in a penthouse suite the wine is wonderful. The views are phenomenal. There were people staying there that had lived in Jerusalem, their whole life and said this hotel has the best views.
I have no complaints

The Hotel is located at a prime location in Jerusalem, very close to the Mahane Yehuda Market. It is also walking distance to the old city, making it perfect for people who would like to explore the city by foot. In case you'd rather use public transport, the rail station is right outside the hotel.
Parking was very easy, through you need to pay extra for it.
The view from the top is great! Just wish we could enjoy a nice breakfast from up there.
Wish there were more elevators. The elevators are quite slow, since the hotel shares it with a residential building. Not a big worry though because you barely need to use them since you'll be exploring the city!

It’s our 2nd time staying in this hotel and our experience only gets better. Great location in the heart of Jeruslaem market, the best view of the holy city from the rooftop and the most amazing staff. Everything about this stay was perfect - we will be back soon!

This place is amazing to stay at when visiting Jerusalem. Everyone working there is super nice and helpful. The location is awesome and the view - you need to experience it yourself.
Also there are very nice coffee corners on both floors where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, water and even biscuits all day. Also perfect if you need to work in between.
We enjoyed our time very much and can totally recommend this place.
The only thing really was, that the drain in the shower needs a new grid but it was still working perfectly fine.

Our stay here was wonderful. The property is located in a fabulous location-steps away from Machane Yehuda Market and an easy 20 minute walk to Mamila and the Old City. The local train is just outside the entrance.
Staff was lovely and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. And having coffee on the terrace of the hotel was a highlight. The view is magnificent.
Nothing I didn’t like.

The views of the hotel are amazing, the location is very central to the city, and the front desk was the sweetest, with lots of recommendations for us.
This is very minor, but you can tell that the place needs just a bit of up-keeping to ensure that the room is kept in great shape.

We had an excellent customer service experience, the staff was exceptional! The location in Jerusalem is great, close enough to the old city with a leisurely walk along the pedestrian main road. All amenities are within walking distance and the eponymous view of Jerusalem from their terraces is a treat.

The terraces are very nice, and the location is very convenient, just at the tram station, could walk to old Jerusalem or take 2 stops of tram, three stops to bus/train station
the bathroom is small, when open the shower glass room will make water spill out

Great location, very central. The rooms are pretty wide and clean. Two big terraces with excellent view from the 15th and 13th floors.
