staff was so lovely and helpful- will definitely come back again

Room and staff where very good. On the second morning breakfast was set out around 7am but there was nobody in the breakfast room to serve tea or coffee. So had breakfast without.
There was no evening meals at the hotel.. If there was a function on , which there was both nights I stayed... Access to the main bar to sit was not an option. Although the staff would get a drink for you....You had it in your room. This was disappointing.

Great atmosphere, beautifull interior. And the room climate control was amazing.
The place has one elevator which took for ever to go up, the location is not the best as it is quite far away from the intressting parts of the city.

The room was satisfactory. However, we encountered an unfortunate situation where we had to wait for about 2 hours to access our room as it was not yet ready.
4.5
Small boutique hotel which felt like we had our own lift to our room. Very modern fittings, could safely open windows & comfy bed.
Good location with many restaurants nearby. Parking building next door €22 for 24 hours.

Great location, lovely staff and nice modern room.
Had to ask to change the first room as it had no balcony, as I had booked.
5.0
Cozy, Boutique hotel with good interior in lobby and the room. Loved the modern devices in bathroom and cozy small balcony.
We have ordered Taxi in the evening before the morning at the reception to the airport. At the time Taxi wasn’t there, personnel didn’t take any effort, we were left on our own, so finally managed to catch Bolt after 35min waitting… good that we reached airport before boarding completed, but ir was really stressy.

Friendly staff
At the arrival we had been given an upgraded room, unfortunately it had a strong smell lot of cigarettes and we asked to be placed in another room. We were given a room that was not clean, there was dust even on the telephone, one of the walls had paint stains, a piece of spring was coming out of the mattress, the carpet did not look clean, etc.
It was very hot (30ºC in the room) and the air-conditioning was not working.
The elevator smelled funny, quite unpleasant.
Not a 4 star hotel standards.

tv was difficult to use, limited toiletries

slow elevator

The room was so comfortable and cosy. The staff was excellent, especially Arthur at reception and Vickie in the spa, both were just lovely. We landed at 11am on our first day & thought we'd only be able to drop the bags before having to head back out to explore, however when I tentatively asked if our room was ready Arthur happily advised it was and we could check in right away, which was wonderful as we were exhausted & in bad need of a nap.
While the spa facilities were lovely, the spa itself seems very poorly organised. We wanted to each get a massage and use the spa, when we made enquiries about massages we were told that they'd check availability and let us know. Over an hour later we were still waiting in our room to hear any word on it, I rang down to see what the situation was and they still didn't have an answer. It wasn't until I physically went down to reception to see what was happening that we got any details.
Eventually it would be the following day before we got our massages, which was fine as we didn't have plans made but if you do definitely book in advance of your trip so things run more smoothly for you.
Also there was an issue with the elevator that we hadn't been made aware of meaning when we wanted to leave the spa we ended up trapped for five minutes in a tiny black room pressing the call bell for help and knocking on the door to get out as the elevator wouldn't come to the floor.

Decor was nice and looked new/modern.
The cafe down the street (JAT Cafe)
Room and bathroom were VERY small.
Bathroom was not clean.
Lack of options at breakfast.
Bed was two single beds pushed together. Could feel them connect.

Conveniently located
We payed more than 250€/night for a sub-standard « Ibis-style » room.
Spa area was overcrowded.
No spa treatments available as they have no in-house therapists. Reception is not answering phone calls so you have to go there physically (my wife is pregnant so we needed extra pillows; took me 45 min to get them). No bathrobes, no slippers, no hair conditionner in the room…
After the whole disaster that was our stay, we were hoping to have a coffee at the bar (there is no restaurant) while waiting for our cab… no one was working behind the bar for the 30 min. we stayed (it was 2pm… so not really a weird hour). if you are considering this hotel, there is the Manos Premier 20 meters from there & they offer real hotel services or Steigenberger (they have an actual spa) 20 meters away as well - they are in the same
price range but actually deliver on the service.
Pure disappointment.

location and room
spa too small for the value

The location was unreal. The staff were super friendly. The room was really nice, loved the Bluetooth facilities for the bathroom especially.
Netflix and other apps were blocked on the tv, and there was not a lot of channels, especially for those who speak English. The €35 charge a day for the facilities was a bit too much, shouldn’t really be extra to use the pool. No restaurant was a bit of a bummer
