Guter Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Es war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut...

... aber durch die Bahnhofsgegend ist die Lage etwas unangenehm.

Mucho más agradable de lo esperado

La habitación muy bien preparada, muy limpia y con unas vistas muy agradables (último piso). La cama muy cómoda, y el baño muy agradable. El personal de recepción muy agradable y rápido en ayudar con cualquier cosa. Los accesorios de cocina más que suficientes, con lavavajillas, cafetera y calentador de agua.

Una vez abierto el sofá-cama no queda mucho espacio, pero te puedes apañar. No hay una mesa como tal para comer, ni encimera para preparar cosas, pero igualmente te puedes apañar con el espacio que hay.

A moins de 10min a pieds de la Gare Bruxelles-Midi

Le positif : Proche de la gare du midi (moins 10min a pieds) Le confort de la chambre. Hotel sécurisé et personnel à l'accueil 24h/24

Le négatif : En premier : Le quartier. En plus la 1ere fois quand je suis arrivée à 20h. J'ai voulu commander une pizza à l hôtel, comme les clients devant moi à l' enregistrement. On m a repondu qu il y a une heure d'attente de plutôt aller manger vers la gare d'où j'arrivais. J'étais crevée et en plus j'étais craintif de ressortir tard vers là-bas avec mon enfant. Ensuite le ménage de ma chambre. J ai pris 7 nuits à 806 euros, donc plus de 100 €/nuit. Pour moi, c est beaucoup car je gagne peu, je me suis fais plaisir, je croyais que ça garantissait que tout mon séjour serait parfait. A part après la 1ere nuit et une fois où, j ai mis ne pas deranger toute la journée, j ai eu que du soucis avec le ménage. Je mets la pancarte juste changer le linge, on me fait la chambre complète. Je mets merci de faire la chambre a 6h30 avant de partir en excursion je rentre a 22h, surprise, rien à été fait et le jour suivant je n' arrivais même pas à savoir si la chambre avait été faite ou non, vous voyez le genre, seul le linge propre me l' indiquait. donc voilà mon expérience decevante avec le service du nettoyage.

Comfy clean stay, convenient for Brussels Midi station, helpful staff

Staff excellent and helpful, printed out my eurostar confirmation. Bed was super comfy, kitchen and bathroom clean, everything in good working order. Close to Brussels-Midi station for a smooth departure on the Eurostar the following day. Secure entrance only opening for keyholders so I felt safe in the area.

Breakfast was expensive for a continental breakfast - EUR17.50 for coffee, pastries, waffles, eggs etc. However, coffee was free

Un excellent séjour

J'ai apprécié la proximité avec la gare Bruxelles Midi et l'hôtel n'est pas si éloigné du centre. Il y a peu de restauration à proximité, mais le fait que l'hôtel en propose (pizzas) compense ce petit bémol. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable. Une de mes amies, avec laquelle j'étais allée dîner, a pu prendre un café à la réception en attendant son taxi. Cette jeune femme est aveugle et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le geste du réceptionniste qui lui a permis de patienter dans des conditions confortables avec un petit café. Un hôtel handy-friendly :-) Bienveillance et respect. Je reviendrai !

Bien pero con faltad

Los apartamentos tienen lo justo para llamarse así. Se echó en falta un sofa, por lo demás justo pero bien.

La limpieza se debería hacer cada dos días y los desayunos repetitivos, todos los días lo mismo, estuvimos cinco noches. Lo único que se salva es el zumo de naranja lo demás deja bastante que desear para costar 15€ por persona.

Op een steenworp afstand van Brussel Zuid, in een rustige wijk. Fijn ingerichte kamer met een klein keukentje en koelkast. Relaxte sfeer.

Decepcionant pel menjar que ofereixen

Situació es a prop de la Gare de Midi. Net amb servei de rentadora a pagar amb aplicació. Molt bona atenció del personal.

Esmorzar molt car 15 euros. Hi ha el oferiment de pizzas, i no hi ha cuiner, molt mal servei en quan a menjar, has de anar fora, i un diumenge no hi ha res obert.

地点离火车站不远，大概走十分钟路程。因为都是小砖块组成的地面，对行李箱不太友好。周边环境白天还可以，晚上就不要出去就好了。不过酒店很好，晚上需要刷房卡才能进入，还是安全的。

唯一要说的就是房间里的烧水壶，里面都是水垢，烧完水倒杯子里有一层白色的粉末浮在水面，后来就不敢烧水喝了，出去外面买了瓶装水。

Great value, warm welcome, fantastic luck to find it as a 'port in a storm'

Just an excellent room for the price. Great location for Brussels Midi station. We stayed very briefly after train delays meant we couldn't get a eurostar until next morning, but this was everything you could ask for for a short stay of any kind. We'd happily come back for longer. Very clean, good size bed, decent bathroom, little kitchenette would have been used if we'd stayed longer. Also, lovely welcome from staff at reception- really made us feel safe and welcome after a long, difficult journey.

Not applicable. I wonder if the area might not be at the heart of everything everyone would wish for for a city break but for a stopover or base from Brussels Midi station it's great. And we felt safe enough, and warmly welcomed even at nearly midnight!

The property was really lovely and clean, the room was pretty nice and had everything you would need! Bed was comfy and overall a great place to stay for a couple night in Brussels :) The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to, they gave us some great recommendations on where to visit!!

The location of the property wasn’t ideal for getting to the centre by foot, however an electric scooter ride was just a perfect way to see more of the city and get into the centre quick and efficiently also the train station is only a 5 minute walk away :)

Comfy apartment room near Brussel Midi

The room was quite spacious. Big bathroom and very nice shower. Kitchen had all equipment, even if I haven't used it. The bed was very comfortable. Location just 5 minutes from Brussel Midi.

Streets around were dirty and with some homeless near the railway station. It looked like a not very safe place. The room was never cleaned in 5 days, and the bed sheets were never changed. For the price I would have expected at least a complete cleaning every 3 days.

Very good

The little kitchen was great. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was good for transport links. Lots of choice for breakfast. Helpful staff.

It was in a great location for the train station and metro. But there was a group of people sleeping rough at the back of the station, just along the road which made the area feel unsafe. The rubbish on the street was very unsightly too, despite a member of staff sweeping outside the hotel each day. We weren't sure about bedroom housekeeping - the beds were made poorly each day, rubbish taken away and our towels were changed intermittently even though we hung them as instructed. I think that I would have appreciated better bed making and the bathroom being wiped over as we stayed six nights. Washing up was difficult as there was no cloth/brush. We did use the dishwasher but the plates were too tall for the machine. These are minor issues as we actually had a lovely time and found the location great for all our travel.

Very good place

People at the reception were lovely, everyone speaks different languages and the bed was very very comfortable! The room is decent side as well, good shower and everything was clean.

It is not in the city center, at night looked like a longer walk than during the night, but the Midi station is right next to it. It is still not cheap.

Superb

The room had a two hob cooker, microwave, pots pans, crockery etc. which I wasn't expecting. The room was a fairly generous size. It was easy to walk to the station. There was an excellent patisserie / boulangeeie within about 400 metres. Waffle making at breakfast, and the cheerful waiter, who may have doubled as cook. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

I would have preferred a wider selection at breakfast, although was very happy with what I had. Fresh fruit salad would have been nice, as would mushrooms, sausages and for others more cold meats.

Very good hotel! Not a great location.

A new building with lovely design, furnishings and layout. 24/hr check in, very easy and friendly staff. Very secure and safe building. Close to Midi station. Wifi was very fast.

This area of Brussels doesn’t feel very clean or safe. While it is very close to Midi station, it’s quite far from any tourist attractions and not a very comfortable area to travel around as a tourist.
