Great location to Brussels Midi Station, friendly helpful staff and great breakfast options. Perfect option if solo traveller as felt very safe and secure
Bed was a bit hard

Very close to the station where Eurostar pulls into, also can access the trains from this station to go to Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp. Has luggage lockers for early arrivals and late checkouts which is handy.

Heel goed qua ligging om de dag erna de TGV te nemen.
Het was heel warm in de kamer, niet te regelen met de aanwezige airco

Very clean, bright and modern, with several facilities onsite - reception, breakfast and bar, lockers. Despite facing a busy road, rooms well insulated from noise.
I didn’t dislike anything but be aware that room can be quite small and the area, despite being very convenient for transport (if you are coming with Eurostar or if you are planning trips to Bruges or Ghent, the station is a 5 walk away) is a bit rough

La ubicación junto a la estación de trenes. El personal era amable.
Había solamente un ascensor para 8 plantas. A veces había que esperar mucho a que llegara.

Across the street from the train station, bed was ok, sheets were very crisp.
very small room, the website doesnt actually give you an address. We took a taxi from the train station and they took us to the wrong hotel. Please post actual addresses.

Room is far too small

Location is good, close to lots of public transport options and with some restaurants options nearby
There is a limit to what you control on the AC, which results in open windows during the night if you want the room to be colder

Although the location was ideal for the Eurostar rail connection, overall it’s not a very nice area to walk through!
The property itself was good, clean and convenient

It was near the train station so very handy for an early morning departure.
The location is not great in terms of it being a nice area, it isnt. Unfortunately it would appear that many parts of Brussels are similar.

Very close to Gare Midi (5 mins walk). Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Staff were friendly.
I had a room at the front of the property, which was very noisy. There was traffic noise, people talking on the street and noise from the railway line all night.
The thermostat in the room wasn't working, and warm air was blowing into the room. I opened the window, but because of the noise, I couldn't sleep, so had to bear the hot room.
The design of the shower base was poor, resulting in water all over the floor after my shower.

Staff outstanding, free coffee at reception and room and toilet, shower all clean

There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it was clean and comfortable.
The hotel was in a great location for the train station and a 20 min walk to the centre of Brussels.
The bed and pillow were a bit hard but that’s personal choice. Also we could hear shouting in the street through the night but that’s out of the hotels hands.

We booked the hotel as our train was cancelled. It was very close to the train station, easy to find and good value for the money. Metro and all public transport are very close.
It was a little bit noisy in the night, and you could hear the door closing on the corridor. The TV was not smart and we couldn’t connect our device to stream.

All staff was very friendly and so kind especially the guy who was on duty at night on 6 January 2023 around 11.00 pm.

The room was clean. The location was great not far from the Midi train station.
We love the coffee machine which was free for all customer.
The room was quite small for big luggage. We have to open 1 luggage at the time to get what we need and then close it.
No space for walking in the room.

The hotel is neat and clean, rooms are great value for money and the staff is very very friendly and helpful.
The location is a little dodgy but it's because of the station Gare du Midi. Although it's practical and well connected to the city and the airport, it takes a bit of the stay around that area.

the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and had a thermostat so you can set it to whatever you want which was very nice! the location suited us perfectly since we were taking the train to Paris after our stay and you’re only a 20 minute walk from all shops and beautiful architecture!
the room was a little small but that’s okay, it only had one seat at the table and our shower head was cracked so the water just kind of trickled out of it, none of these things were a big deal though, we still very much enjoyed our stay!

Small room. Smell from toilet.

Breakfast is a bit pricey for the spread offered, although tasty. We were served freshly baked croissants.
Room size is much smaller and difficult to open suitcase. Also room rent is pretty high for a bed and breakfast.

convenient to railway station
shower head didn’t stay upwards, as if too heavy. bathroom very small
no tea/coffee facilities in room

I liked the:
1) Location : very close to main train station and walking distance to all good historic sights.
2) TV: it was a nice big tv in front of the bed.
there are lots of things that are wrong with this hotel:
1) room ventilation: it seems like the ac isn’t working at all and there is barely any air coming. This ensures there is barely any ventilation in the room and it becomes very muggy very fast. It is hard to breathe in there. Booking.com shows there is air conditioning but that is not true.
2) Size of the room: these are around 35 sqft rooms. they’re tiny. With typically two people in there, there is no space to walk around, or place your luggage. if you are one person with one small handbag, that is fine. but with two people staying for 5 days with 2 carry ons, it is impossible to place your luggage. These rooms are absurdly tiny.
3) Hotel Staff:There seems to be some kind of incompetence within the hotel staff. Firstly, when we arrived, it was after 11 pm and the hotel lock their doors. you have ti get buzzed in. we tried buzzing but there was no one at the main reception area. Both workers were somewhere in the back either watching some funny videos or just chit chatting instead of doing their job. We spent good 20 mins outside with our luggage, in the rain until someone let us in. The the check in process took atleast another 20 mins as it wasn’t efficient, and the staff is to be blamed for that. we had a long 35 hour journey from Canada so we were quite tired and this incompetence didn’t help.
