Perfect home base to Brussels sight seeing.

Location within walking distance to Grand Place and museums. Lovely private patio!

J'ai passe un bon moment dans ce appartement!

L'appartement de Gregory et Nancy est de grand standing, tres bien situe dans Brexuelle et bien calme. L'hot est tres disponible pour la procedure d'acceuil. Je reprendrai si l'occasion se presentera et Je passerai dans Le Wine Bar du proprietaire.

Il manque les sucres ou sucrettes pour le gens qui voudrent prendre un cafe ou the sucre.

Excelente estadia

Localização muito boa, num bairro cheio de restaurantes e galerias de arte. Quarto espaçoso, com uma cozinha completa compartilhada no andar térreo,, que facilitou muito a nossa estadia.

Location was nice, its a very unique apartment.

Our room was on 3d floor, we had heavy suitcases. The person I was communicating with said they will come and help us, but no one did.

A great stay

comfortable spacious flat at a super convenient location.

the property is very clean and spacious !! we were two moms and 2 kids and it was perfect for us . there is a kitchen and a living room with TV down stairs for us to have breakfast in the morning before heading out was very nice . the LOCATION is amazing ! waking distant to many attractions and public transportation. many restaurants and shops around . love love the location. it is on a quiet street little street , so big plus for this as well.

I liked the location and te size of the room, which had a sitting room, big bathroom + bedroom, was nicely done and decorated.

The water pressure was very low and the temperature of the hot water in the shower was not acceptable. Even turning it on the warmest maximum possible it was more like warmish, than hot for a good shower. I was disappointed as hot showers are essential in the Winter and for the price you pay you would expect to have that. Messaged the owner, who came, checked and told me everything was okay, the water temperature stayed the same, so they could not fix it. Maybe this is the warmest they can do... If you are okay with luke warm showers, go for it then!

Fantastic !

Excellent location, but nice and quiet. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Excellent shared facilities.

Very little not to like... If something could be improved, it would be quilt and pillows. And the water pressure in the shower...

Large rooms with central location, one can easily walk around. Common kitchen on the ground floor. Lots of restaurants and shops around, but pretty calm area.

Coeur Sablon, great location, good size for family.

Really good location. Quiet street. Quiet overnight. Nice, clean bathroom. Big enough apartment for family of 4. Very responsive host.

Overall, the apartment was clean, especially the bathroom. I requested a change of bedding on arrival for the sofa bed and this was dealt with very promptly. But in general, I think the apartment's bedding could do with an update/refresh. Additionally, the sofa bed dipped right down to the floor at the foot end - it wasn't broken exactly and it wasn't impossible to sleep on but it seemed almost as if something had been assembled back to front or something. To note, I didn't mention the sofa bed to the host and I think if I had, an effort would have been made to fix things.

We liked central location, quiet room, cleanliness, space for prepare and serving coffee, breakfast and so on.

Good location

Great location in Sablon . Quick walk to Grand Place. Code entry. Clean.

Thin walls. People below loud as if they were in the next room. No coffee for Nespresso.

Good comfortable room in good location

Room was good comfortable bed and clean good location

The hosts didn't respond to my emails didn't meet anyone to explain to me e.g didn't have WiFi the first evening took me a while to work out the frequency. Floor boards very noisy I could hear everything.
