the water view is good.
the kitchen and cooking facility are poor. For a such "house", catering up to 9 people for our group, I expected a bigger and better kitchen, but the small kitchen put me off (this is important for some family visitor).

You get an awesome view of lake Wakatipu and mountains =)
Very spacious for a large group of 6+
2.5 bathrooms very handy
Heating especially the in floor heating.
Comfortable beds.
Good wifi connection
Sky TV
All untencils were provided including washing powder/washing liquid etc. (Would have been nice to have tea/coffee/salt just being picky though)
Good appliances and good size fridge.
Great sound system (although dont think it connects via bluetooth/usb/aux)
Easy access and instructions into property (one key didn't seem to work though)
Close to bike/walking track if you like walking
Well recommended for a family or large group. I would stay again đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť
Although it was thoughtful on arrival, all heating was turned on including, all heaters, electric blankets, towel rails and main tv. Seemed unnecessary especially when you could be possibly charged for excess power usage.
Parking was awkward and tight for space. Especially if you have a large vehicle. It is possible to back out or turn around with the help of others or good driving skills.
Master room heater constantly made a ticking (timer) sound even when unplugged.
The sky in the master bedroom didn't go. (Although its good to know you could requested for maintenance for this)
Dinning table chairs may need a clean
There are 3 floors so may not be suitable for elderly etc.
Can be tricky to find, must read instructions given in email.

The view was spectacular. The house was lovely and warm and very spacious. The property managers were very good at sorting out our issue with broken Wifi.
Access to property for vehicles was poor - a heads up would have appreciated. Our car would not fit in the garage and we had to walk to the top of the driveway to meet taxis.
Beds in single room need updating - saggy and uncomfortable.
