We had a wonderful week in London exploring the city. The check in process was easy and Nicole responded quickly to the few questions we had during our visit. Her restaurant suggestions were very helpful - highly recommend this space if you are looking for something away from the tourist zone, with easy access to everything you want to see.

Very nice and clean flat in Queens park neighborhood. The host is very communitive and answered our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. We will definitely book it again if we visit London again.

This is a great option for a family of little ones. It’s close to the Underground and close enough to Central London if you prefer a car. Nicole is really great at communicating and responds quickly to messages. We were excited to have a garden and outdoor space for our toddlers, but we were disappointed to see a trampoline on the patio, as it’s not pictured in the listing. It takes up a good portion of the outdoor space and we didn’t think it was safe for our kids at their young ages. It left us battling to keep them off of it instead of enjoying the space as planned. Otherwise, this is a lovely landing place for a family after a long day exploring a big city.

Overall comfortable stay in this property with lots of space and a large kitchen. Was very easy to liaise with host, provided clear instructions and lots of information and was highly responsive to any of our needs or queries. Great location, close to tube station so easy for any travellers to get to and from major attractions.
4.8
Nice property conveniently located within walking distance to train station to get to central London and other areas. If needed, there was available street parking in front of the property, which was very useful for my out of town guests. Everything needed was available!
4.8
Great place easy to get to. Nicole was a great host abd answered any questions very quickly. The flat has everything you need. I recommend this flat only 20 minutes to London.
4.8
Recommend to others especially those traveling with kiddos.
4.8
Very centralised area with good access to the train and the village has most services.
TV did not work which was frustrating and the cold spell we had the apartment was rather cold

We enjoyed our stay in Queens Park. The ground floor flat is 5 minutes walk from coffee shops, a grocery store and the tube station which provides regular services on the Bakerloo line. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. They met us onsite to let us check in early and leave our luggage. The flat was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when next in London.

When we arrived, we were disappointed because the flat wasn't as clean as other flats we rented in the past - but! once called Nicole's husband, he passed immediately with the cleaners and when we came back from dinner, the flat was clean.
4.8
We really enjoyed this flat. The flat had all that we needed for our short stay in London. As a bonus, the underground station was just a short walk away to get us into the City Center for exploring and taking in the sights. The host answered was prompt in answering all our questions and even offered suggestions on how to make our stay in London much more enjoyable.

Flat is on the first floor, very conveniently located to the Queen's Park stop on the subway. Trains arrive every few minutes, so you can be in Central London in 15-20 minutes depending on where you're headed. Flat was comfortable and well outfitted with bedding for the two bedrooms and the pullout couch in the front living room area. Kitchen included all the items we needed for making quick meals or heating up food. Bathroom is functional. One challenge is the lack of electrical outlets, so you may want to bring an extension cord for charging devices or blowdrying your hair. We had an issue with ants but after a text exchange with Nicole, found ant poison in the laundry cabinets. That seems to take care of the issue.
4.8
Lovely flat, well located in London. We could easily go to London, thanks to the bus 36, direct to Marple Arch and Victoria Station, around 30 minutes.

Enjoyed a long weekend at this ground level flat after a week in Paris. Quiet & safe neighborhood with easy tube and bus service. Nearby grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, mini supers. Comfortable and updated flat with great hot water temperature! Nicole was very accommodating and had quick response times to any of my questions. Will stay again

Loved our stay in London. Great location. Walkable areas for stores and parks. Close to Notting Hill. Would stay again for a family of four.

Enjoyed my stay in this beautiful elegant flat. Close to underground and notting hill.🎉🙏

The host is top notch! And the flat is gorgeous, modern and comfortable. I highly recommend and will keep the details handy for my next visit to London.

Nice apartment, good connection to the subway and a very attentive host.

We had a great stay at Nicole’s flat! It was very clean and tidy and a perfect place for us as we were traveling with our adult son. The location is good, just a short walk to the Queen’s Park tube station and lots of places to eat nearby. Nicole was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. We tried a couple of her suggestions for places to eat nearby: a cafe and a wonderful bakery and were very pleased!!! All in all a wonderful place and we’d definitely stay here again!

We thought this property was very comfortable for our 1 week stay in London. Great neighborhood and easy access to London sights! Host had easy check in and out, and communicated conveniently and quickly through the VRBO app.
4.8
We chose this to staying in a hotel. Loved the ability of all amenities! Enjoyed the neighborhood of Queens Park. Try Alice’s Restaurant and the Fish house went back twice. Groceries close Above all great hosts and safe. Two nights home late from theater. Never worried

Stayed 4 nights with family to visit London. Flat is very conveniently located close to Underground, with direct access to many of Londono’s main attractions. Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants and Portobello market. Apartment is well suited for 4 people but not more (was advertised for 6 when we booked).
The Pros:
- overall space
- location convenience
- easy communication with property manager.
- Great kitchen space if you want to have meals on site.
The Cons:
- furnishing: sleeper sofa lacked comfort, dining room chairs were limited and in poor condition. Dining table not suited for more that 4 people.
- overall cleanliness of inside and outside was below average for rental
- we had to request more pillows and towels for our party (seems that other customers had to as well).
4.8
My sister and I stayed here for a week and we were very comfortable. We felt safe and enjoyed the outdoor space, as well. Highly recommend! Such a great location in a cute, safe neighborhood. The easy access to Queen's Park underground made our day adventures exploring London seamless.
4.8
Nicole was amazing throughout whole process. Even going so far as to suggest her favorite restaurants, things to do, helped with directions multiple times, and helped with getting into apartment. Location to Queens park was great only a couple minute walk, there was train nearby, and great restaurants. Recommend highly

Place was wonderful, very close to the tube, 10 min or less to get to central London. The town area had some wonderful pubs and restaurants (highly recommend Ida’s, Bob’s Cafe and the Indian restaurant). Communication with Nicole was spot on, very responsive to any questions and helpful with anything we needed. Hope to visit again someday!

Very nice and quiet flat to come back to after sight seeing in London. Nicole and her husband were very nice and responsive. They dropped off supplies when we needed them and even walked us naive Americans through working the stove
4.8
Nice place, residential zone, supportive hosts made our trip a fantastic experience
4.8
Property was not well hosted and what I mean by that is there was a low supply of daily essentials. Also sheets were not cleaned well. Also the property was difficult to find with poor directions from the underground causing us to miss out on our first planned activity. Bed in room was not a King size as stated. Sofa bed cheap and poorly made.

This was our first stay in London of which the primary purpose was to visit our son who is studying abroad. The location to his dorm was great, easy walking distance from the flat. The location of the flat to public transportation is also good, you can easily get around to any area however keep in mind it will take a good 45+ minutes on the tube to get to the main sites.
Also bring earplugs, especially if you are a light sleeper. This is not a negative against the property just one of the realities and something that is better to know and plan for in advance.
Nicole was very responsive before our stay and was also very responsive with check out instructions. We did have a few issues arise during our stay (power outage in bathroom, cleanliness issue, and a missing blow-dryer) and unfortunately the communication was less responsive when issues arose. The power outage issue was resolved timely, which we greatly appreciated. The other issues were not resolved. As someone with long hair, having a wet head in cold January was less than ideal. Certainly didn't ruin the stay but would have been nice to know in advance, or have it resolved during our stay. Going in with expectations of a 5 star property, we were left disappointed.

Cosy and covenient
As promised in the description the place is in a very safe neigborhood, close to Bakerloo line, easy for parking, dining, and grocery shopping. The place itself is very neat, not as big as it appears on the pictures but absolutely ok for a party of 4 or 5. Due to the time of the year (New Year's Eve) and actual weather we had no chance to use the outside area which looks beautiful and will definitely be nice in summer. Stunning kitchen that - only criticism - could use some wine glasses and perhaps a capsule coffee machine but that's all we missed. Nicole as our host was very helpful and provided all information we requested upfront in no time - many thanks for that. A true recommendation and a place to come back to in future without any regrets. Thank you for a great stay!
