Nice beachfront location but limited bar before 6pm

Nice location, right on the beach front. The beach is pebbles leading into the sea, so having sea shoes is recommended.

The all inclusive bar is only a full bar from 6pm. They serve soft drinks and beer/wine all day but only serve spirits and cocktails after 6pm. The rooms are basic and the shower is small but it does the job

Good Value, well priced. Affordable and reasonable in the heart of Ixia

Staff were engaged, knowledgeable, helpful and made the stay a pleasure. Xenofon and Panayiota were very helpful and considerate. I particularly noted they were patient and kind, and gave great advice about things to do.

Good stay for reasonable money

Small cozy hotel with nice sunset views. Food at restaurant is simple, but delicious. Staff is friendly and polite (even prepared a present for my BDay). In general the hotel exceed the expectations

the staff was extremely helpful, really kind and supportive to every request. The breakfast was great with a lot of different meals and fresh cooked omelette with the ingredients of your choice!! the location was very good in front of the beach !!

Excellent Value.

We had an Economy room which was very good, but it doesn't have a balcony. For the price we paid it was excellent value. The reception staff and dinning room staff were very friendly and efficient. We had half board and were very happy with the quality and choice of food offered.

Parking is at the rear of the hotel up a steep ramp. It's OK if you have a small car, but could be tricky if you have a large car.

Room was excellent with a king size bed! Fine for 2 people.. amazing sea views on balcony. Would defo stay here again

Great hotel !!!

Very nice hotel with central location and just opposite of the beach. We have booked a room with sea view and was fantastic to view the sunset and the sea. The breakfast was very nice and our meals lunch and dinner very tasty. The staff was very helpful and polite. Definitely we will come back for more days next summer.

Exceptional

The staff was absolutely amazing. XENOFON and YIOTA were amazing. I arrived on a rainy evening and half the power was out in the hotel because of a lightning strike. The room I had been assigned was one of them. They reassigned me to another room immediately, and were super helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay . The location was fantastic. A $3.50 euro bus ride from the airport with a stop right in frontvof the hotel...which also made it an easy $1.80 transfer to the centre's the the next day. I would definitely recommend and definately stay there agsin if I'm ever in Rhodes again

Okay if you just want somewhere to sleep.

The staff were very accommodating with our problems we experienced. They were kind enough to allow us a refund as we decided to move hotels. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. If you want a good base and just somewhere to sleep then it's fine, but don't book here if you want a relaxing holiday as the facilities don't give you this experience. Hotel is based in a perfect location, good for catching the bus to Rhodes Centre.

Quality and selection of the food. Given plastic dinner trays, waitresses wore joggers and blue plastic gloves. Had to clear your own table and put your plate on a pile. The atmosphere at the swimming pool was dead. The first 3 nights we were told we were in the hotel next door due to availability difficulties and after going there it was a come down arriving at Lito hence why we left and rebooked to go back next door.

Disappointing

View was lovely pool area was calm and you could always get a bed

The noise of banging doors, didnt sleep well at all...so frustrating ,old hotel seemed to have zero soundproofing and the pictures had been taken a long time ago when the hotel was new, looking tatty and rough round the edges now room was much much smaller than the wide angled photos shown .

It was fun

Nice location near the beach and nice staff.

we've got a room at the bottom floor. All other rooms at the upper floors were busy. And there is not much variation in breakfast.

no privacy

there is no good privacy for the rooms, you can hear everything from the main path and they can hear you in the room, if a child criers from the rooms near you, you will hear is as it is in your room. there was and open space which the voice came through which was over the door and that cannot close

We checked out early !

The staff were fantastic. We made contact with a great hire car company. In our hire car we were able to visit beautiful beaches. We could not fault the front of desk staff who helped us to solve all our challenges with the room due to one particular bed. They moved us without a fuss . Unfortunatley they could not solve the noise problems.

A great deal of noise. You could here traffic and other guests at all hours. Maybe value for money but we took ourselves off to another Greek Island and slept in comfort for less $$. We had one breakfast there and that was the last. Nicely presented but very ordinary , in surrounds that needed to be updated. We were either too early for the pool or too late. So never experienced the pool. Was unable to get a beach lounge either.

Good but could have been better with small things

The staff despite having so much to do were keen on making our stay pleasant, they genuinely wanted us to have a good stay

We booked a basic room, the room was in a dark corridoor and the lighting within it wasn’t good, noise from other rooms was audible especially when toilwt flush was used. Hotel staff were very patient with our problems & moved us to a much better room.

Friendly staff

The Hotel staff were very very friendly. There was a confusion during my check-in in terms of the payment, but this was cleared out very quickly. They were always smiling and greeting. I wanted to change my room because of the car sounds (it was right next to the road and i couldn't sleep), and this change was done so quickly and it was not complicated at all. I was placed in a quiet room in a couple of hours and had good night sleep. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception. The breakfast was fine, the pool was nice and clean.

Maybe this is a standard thing in Hotels, I just was not aware of it, the pool and the beach were closed at 18:00. This was the only thing that was not pleasant.

Decent hotel in a good area and for a great price.

The room room was pretty big, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially with navigating Rhodes' rather convoluted public transportation system (which the location is great for). Overall, very good value for money.

The sea view is not worth the extra money (you can barely see the sea). The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special (standard English style breakfast but the quality was not so great, despite the price). The hotel would oftentimes hold small events/shows at night which meant there was a little too much noise; not terrible but something to take into consideration. The wifi in the room was poor.
