It was a nice stay would definitely come again

Loved the room and area staff was friendly and cute doggg

We went when it was just starting to end the cold weather but it was still chilly so we tried the spa and the water wouldn’t get hot so we had to wait until they turned the water heater on it sucked because it was late and we had to drain the water and be cold and we couldn’t figure out the heater either they had like 3 different switches

It was fine for an overnight stay but lodge more focused for winter season.

Location is outstanding close to lake and village all within walking distance

With the larger room the back room doesn’t get the air conditioner so it was hot. No matter how cool the air conditioner it cannot cool the back room. Beds not very comfortable

calm, comfy, excelent attention & service, nice instalations, must recomended

the location is near all main attractions like visiting the lake, the park, the village, must recomended, the rooms and beads are very clean and comfortable, the manager & his wife were very kind and answering all our needs, the rooms offer cups, dishes, coffee & hot chocolate, great service...

in my opionion the only issue we found was any of the tvs, were not smart tvs to view our own shows, but anything else was great, the wifi signal was strong enough to be comunicated, very appreciated.

Just a really uncomfortable stay.

The staff was friendly and the wifi was good.

The room smelled odd. Also the walls are so thin that we were woken up by drunk guys getting back from the bar and blasting music in their room.

Great location and good price

Needs a little updating. The bathroom was really small. A paint job on the interior and exterior would make a big difference. Unfortunately the pool was not in service and we specifically picked this location for the pool

Disappointing

The pool, the location the hotel is at.

The room is too small, and nothing worked, our room had the jacuzzi but it also smelled dirty as if the sewers were not cleaned or something. We had a backyard but it was completely dirty as well as the bathroom.

We appreciated that our request to change rooms was readily accepted and the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful

Jacuzzi & pool. It was a quiet hotel. Bed was comfortable but it looked incomplete because the box spring was exposed(showing, not covered)

Needs new decor. the lake photo on the website for this room was a lie. It made it seem like if the room had a view but it didn't. All the photos shown were on point except the lake view. The bathroom was functional but old.

TV didn't work well, it was stuck on Spanish. Got a spliler from hand rails. The stairs hand rails need to be refurbished. Toilet seat needs to be replaced.

Great cabin. Overall perfect for our family.

Our family had such a great vacation. This cabin was welcoming and comfortable. It was clean, stocked with lots of games for everyone. Staff was easy to reach and responded quickly to our requests. We had no complaints. We will definitely book this place again. Thank you, we had a great time.

tiny room. uncomfortable bed. No fireplace as advertised. bathroom so small it was barely functional. room was expensive too! TV was small and picture was not good.

Good place and location, decent to nice rooms. Needs some attention to guest comfort & Noisy tenants

Good spot. A little less expensive than most others around it. Some great rooms (We have stayed here a f ew times) some not so much.

2 things. First we stayed in room 25, and the upstairs units are so load it is hard to sleep. Every creek or movement amplifies the noise in this room. Even the adjacent rooms are noisy. Plus there were noisy tenants that kept us up until 1 am or so. Management does not ask them to quiet down after quiet hours. Second, they have some log styled headboards that go over the head of the bed, making the bed shorter in its usable space. I am 5"10" and my feet have to hang off the bottom to the center of my shins, or I must ball up to stay on the bed. Very frustrating in the middle of the night. They need top be removed.
