Have stayed here many times because it is the best value, location, and rooms always meet my expectations.

Excellent location right in the Village. Comfortable beds, fireplace in the room, microwave and refrigerator in the room, made it very convenient.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The conditioner and soap in the shower were empty, and the carpet was worn, exposing some staples in a couple areas.
4.0
Great location right by the village and next to the lake.
The beds were uncomfortable.

Check in went really smoothly. The room was cute for a typical big bear type feel. Located perfectly right in the village. Easy to access and plenty of parking. Very affordable.
The heater let off such a terrible smell that when we got there we had to turn it off because it was making our room smell so much. It was clear hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The people upstairs were nocturnal so we heard them the entire time we were trying to sleep, along with their dog playing fetch and barking. It was awful from the hours of 12am-4am.

Location
Needs some upgrades and/or repairs. Fans were difficult to turn and had to use a chair to reach pull switch. Bathroom pocket very hard to open / close. Shower head needs replaced. Skylight over bed made sleeping in impossible.
4.5
Staff was great. I asked for an upgrade and got it no problem. They have soft towels and facilities are comfy and clean.
They had a few issues with alarms going off but honestly it wasn't a bother

Great location
Older units but clean. Stayed in a 2 bed Queen and the room was huge with a couch
3.5
The location is great, near the village and lake. The staff was nice.
For a queen-size bed, it felt smaller. Wasn't comfortable with the bathroom window. It was neither frosted nor did it have curtains.
