All in all it was excellent, my wife was very sory we couln’t stay longer.

Clineless, very cordial and responsive staff

We arived later at night, when it was already dark. It was very dificult to find the reception/lobby, based on the official address (we used the car navigator). Finally we called the office and asked for guidance. In the office the concierge explained where our room was, but that didn’t help much. After my explicite frustration, the concierge finally understood our trouble and walked us to our room and helped us with our luggage up the stars. You need better to organize reception of late commers, especially if they are old people (over 80). Signage in the complex is not the best. You should help better those people, to they feel more welcomed!

Snow was beautiful and room was clean and bright

I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment but they gave me a 1 bedroom. I emailed the general manager several times and it has been over a month and there has been no response.

Exceptional

Staff was very friendly. Maintenance guy was quick and helpful when our thermostat went out. Jacuzzi was nice. My son loved the arcade. Beds were comfortable. Huge room! No complaints at all and I'm very picky.

A rock slide hit us on the way up. But that wasn't anyone's fault besides mother nature.

Big Bear get-away

They didn't work on clearing parking very well. We had to park a bit further away, also could have more handicapped spaces.

The location overall is ok.

It is quite ok to charge at the time of booking. However, it is NOT ok to not refund excess money if the booking was changed! And not even react on inquiries. Sorry, but no reaction at all is not acceptable.

Had a great getaway in the cooler weather.

The weather..the peace and quiet and the fitness room. The helpfulness of the staff. Able to bbq every night and sit outside during the day, and to eat dinner outside.

Nothing. Everything was great, but I wanted to stay for a week. There was no availability for a week in March for July.

Would liked to have spent more time there.

Great place, Very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and our requests were met with speed and thoughtfulness. Cost was very reasonable.

Location was great and kitchen was equipped with everything I needed for cooking. It was very quiet and spacious. I will definitively use here next time.

Pool was great and apt was grand and well equipped with all kitchen amenities, had a washer dryer as well

Happened to have a handicapped shower and if you stood in the shower, it leaked water all over.

Scenery around and landscaping

When I checked in I told Melissa at desk that we didn’t want to be around the pool or play areas and wanted a very quiet location. There were Children close to us were yelling all day. We couldn’t use our patio in peace.

They only problem we had and it was a BIG problem, was that when we arrived on the property, after having reservations confirmed since Feb 1st followed by multiple additional confirmations via telephone calls and emails, including a welcome confirmation received on Sunday, the day before arriving, we were told there were no rooms available for us and that they were sending us to a different location. This was not acceptable. Booking notified us of the change that day after we were already in transit with kids and grandkids all on our way and we did not receive the message until arriving on-site. The manager Bill, along with the desk clerk Alex were both exceptional at working with us and Bill was able to make some phone calls, rearrange some things, and get us a room on the property we were booked at. Our time spent with the family at the resort was very nice overall, once we were finally given a room. This resort is excellent for families. Our grandkids were ages 10-4, and they all loved the amenities offered at the property.

Enjoyed our stay. Love the location and property. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

Checking in was frustrating. Told us all to come at the same time.they told us our room was not ready around 4:00 and would call us but never called by 6:00 we called them and they had us stand in line with others and they were all told the same thing.

Beautiful area, would return would have a unit on the 2nd floor

Child above us just ran around very annoying, spoke to the parent made comment about the dancer, no change.

It was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Very pleasant. The staff was so helpful. We did not want to leave.
