Beautiful location, friendly staff and nice to have a pool!
Room was extremely hot.

Separate cabins, easy to get to and parking is right in front of your cabin, very pet friendly
No air conditioning, needs an overhaul, porches need to be clean, you can’t sit on the chairs and enjoy the views, the refrigerators need to be replaced

Very accommodating booked the wrong room for my family size. Issue was fixed promptly and we were upgraded at no extra charge. Kids enjoyed the play area
It was ver cold. Now we know we can ask for more heaters

Location
Dirty and broken window blinds, interior windows, lights and fixtures and furnishings; damaged dishes, dirty kitchen shelves and vent covers. I’m 5’5” and 135 pounds and did not have enough leg room to sit on toilet- which faced the bathtub. Staff was super nice.

Max, the grounds manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. Really went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable!
WIFI was a bit challenging at times.

Max was so helpful and friendly. The place had an amazing restaurant right across the street. The kids loved playing in the snow at the playground. It was an amazing value!
It seemed there was animal fur in the cabin and my daughter is allergic to cats and dogs.

Location is a little outside the entrance to Big Bear Lake-town - about a mile drive into the town proper. Very good restaurant just across the highway. Comfortable cabin, nice fireplace, older but still clean and up to date.
No issues

nothing
it was is severe disrepair. The sofa looked like it had been sitting out in the rain and dragged in. There was a layer of dust and cobwebs on the curtains and pictures. The front door was flimsy and I did not feel secure at all. The blinds were filthy and in very poor shape. It literally looked like a slum. There was no mattress pad on the beds and the bedding did not look clean. The beds was horribly uncomfortable. I would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here.

it is a nice setting, little playground and the price for a Holiday weekend was good.
so run down. mattresses so uncomfortable, you roll in the middle, refrigerator missed door to freezer so all our stuff bursted and milk was frozen etc. everything is just not well maintained.
2.5
Small kitchen with pots and pans to prepare meals.
It was too rustic.
3.5
Very nice touches, like placing firewood/logs next to fireplace, plates and silverware with the microwave, better than average cosmetic items.
Great value!
The only thing: it said in the description that there was a living room - there was none, only a bedroom.
And the cabin is not well insulated. Other than that, a good experience - we will be back. Great value!

Easy in and out. Simple.
Decent bath supplies.
Spartan kitchen supplies.
Everything feels like they ordered the cheapest possible available sink, stove, couch etc.
I could not sleep in the beds. Far too soft and moved too much. Ended up on the couch. But that's me.
