I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center Hotel. Anan was very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I love the location of the hotel! It is a short walk to the light rail, shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and to the Old City. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was delicious!!

Very near to the old city of Jerusalem and many eateries shops all around. Rooms comfortable and shower very powerful flow. Breakfast is kosher so no meat eg chicken sausages etc just tuna. Otherwise good variety of items freshly made.
No room service during night. Just needed a bottle of water but was told nothing available. Had to go out and find a shop open..

The location is excellent and the cleaning staff was wonderful and kind. Staff checked on my needs.
The mattress is very firm. The street was noisy and this made it difficult to sleep. As there is no parking or driving to the hotel, you have to walk with your bags.

Super nice location , minutes away from the Damascus and Jaffa gates.
Nice restaurants nearby, many are kosher. Tram service to the main railway/bus terminal
The breakfast was a bit too busy. Many groups, anti as comfortable. But this is nullified by proximity to Old Town

I liked that the hotel is downtown in the shopping area close to everything.
I didn’t like that the hotel was Kosher. When I booked, it wasn’t mentioned at all and when looking at the photos of the breakfast available, all types of foods were included, that means meats as well. Now that I know what the eating area looks like, the photo that was used in the booking photos was not the same hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, it's just a stone's throw from the Old City. The whole area comes alive at night, there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was good and the bed as well, it was comfy.
We stayed for 2 nights here and everytime we go down or enter the hotel, the male receptionist(s) barely glanced at our direction, much less returned our greeting. There's Angel at least who gave us some info regarding our Bethlehem queries, but basically the front desk has to level up when it comes to attending to their guests. Also, they don't provide shampoo and conditioner in your room.

The breakfast was fantastic! Location is 10/10.
The room is big, however, the furniture seems old and you cannot really say whether it's clean or not.
