Location, clean, stuff responsiveness

Perfect location, close to the old city, restaurants, market, tram and busses. At the same time a quiet area during night time.
It was a non-smoking hotell and a non-smoking sign at the entrance to the corridor. Despite that, you smelled smoke in the corridor, and in the room, every day.

Location of the hotel is very good.
The room could have been cleaner. There are dusts everywhere especially the side lamp, table, tv & window as if it was not cleaned before the guests came. There's a weird sound coming from the AC from time to time.

Central location to all that I need in the city center.

If there were any problems or needs, the manager was very attentive to address the need. Be aware, the manager is offsite (normally) and communicates with you by What's App. You check yourself in and check yourself out using the lockbox by your room door.
The hotel is on a pedestrian street, so someone can't just drop you off or pick you up in front of the hotel. The closest place to drop or pick you up with taxi is nearby where Ben Hillel runs into King George St. But if it is a friend (not a taxi), then you need to schlept your bags a couple of blocks away.
There are 10 steps up to the hotel entrance from the pedestrian street.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Short 100m walk from Jaffa Centre tram stop. 10 minute walk to Old City. Surrounding area has plenty of shops and restaurants and a lively vibe. Easy self check in procedure as Guy emails necessary codes before arrival IF you ask. Room is a bit compact and has most of the necessities for a comfortable stay ( but see below ). Small fridge in room was great. Small convenience store next door for beer, milk etc. Hot water available in reception. For Israel in general and Jerusalem in particular it represents good value for money.
Fresh laundered towels provided every two days but the laundry service isn't that good hence other reviewers comments about the towels. Only one towel provided which seems standard in Israel at least in our experience. No glasses in the bathroom.

The location was great..and privacy was perfect. cheap.
The room was clean, but the bathroom especially the shower was dirty. Hairs everywhere, went out and got from the super next to it some clorex to clean it before i stepped inside. Cleaning staff should pay more attention to that.

Excellent location, basic room but the price-offer ratio is good. The bathroom is cold but everything is there. The hotel is a little "spartan" but the manager is very kind and the environment relaxed

super nice location! right at the city centre, walkable to the market and to the old city.
loved loved loved the location
you dont get assigned the room beforehand but then it’s a self checkin so it was quite confusing
luckily there was staff when we arrived - just imagine if there is no one there haha

Fast answer by WhatsApp from receptionist and location
It wasn't a good experience: dirty towels and sheets, cold room, AC hot stopped at some point during the night, didn't have hot water in the morning...easy things to improve but extremely important

Great location. Person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The location of it was amazing! The guy at reception was so nice and helpful.
It wasn’t the cleanest. Some parts were very dusty, like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Not my idea of a boutique hotel. We were also just given 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper which wasn’t really enough.

Perfect position, wifi working, nothing bad to say

The bathroom was not well cleaned and smelly. The room is small and old.

The location is good; the main road, bus & tram stops, and the old city, all are close by. Also there are nice food places close to the hotel.
The room lacked basic facilities; there was no hand soap or shower gel. When we asked for a hand soap, the contact person was reluctant to provide it.
There was a small refrigerator with white light, that made sleeping very difficult at night.
The bed and the desk were narrower than we expected.
The photos can be misleading.
For the price it charges, the hotel is not worth it.

Location is good
They don't have reception, and suppose to send the password, but they did it too late...we didn't have Internet and could not see the message...we were waiting outside of the hotel for sometime....be sure you will have Internet or password before arrival...

very centrally located, market, lightrail, Food etc nearby. walking distance to old town.

Good location
There are no reception staff. Wrong internet code given. Keys just left in hallway for you to collect upon arrival.
Very soul less.
