perfect location!

great location, space and view.

the stairs to get to the appartement are quite narrow and a bit dangerous.

Good value for the money

Good location, 2 balconies, nice city view, spacious with a lot of natural light, all ok.

No coffee machine but we knew in advance, no problem. It’s an old building, bathroom is very small with no curtain for the shower. We were ok with the stairs even after several drinks, but be careful.

I can totally reccommend this beautiful apartment with really good location in city centre. Everything was clean and perfect.

Maybe it would be better to put some heaters to the rooms as well, the AC in living room is not enough during cold nights.

Great location, great apartment

The place itself was amazing, everything was clean, 10 minutes from the beach, lots of shops around. We had a lovely stay.

The bathroom has a weird smell but I am not too bothered. It's an old building after all.

The perfect couples' or family apartment for sightseeing in Bourgas

The hosts were exceptionally obliging and the apartment is both cosy and very practically equipped with all desirable amenities. The location is ideal - at the heart of the city centre and close to the city train and bus stations. The apartment is situated in a beautiful old building.

Very,very mixed feelings

The apartment was nice looking, the owner seemed nice, place is well equipped.

1.The apartment is located on 4th floor, no elevator, a very narrow, tight and steep staircase very dangerous when you have a luggage(which I did) also when you have your two little kids with you(which I did) very hard climbing with them up or going down. Almost fell down few times. 2.The apartment had two air-conditioners which were running at max temp but the place was still cold. 3. The floor has tiles which makes it cold not very suitable for kids as there is nothing to heat them up. 4.I don’t know what was up with the water heater but in the middle of me washing the kids in the bathroom the water turned freezing cold, very nice when you have kids with running noses!!!!! Only 5 minutes after starting the shower. On the next day I tried taking a shower and again after 5 minutes freezing cold water. Is the boiler like 5 liters? 5.The neighbors from the other floors are probably smoking on the staircase as it seems their cigarette smoke is getting into the apartment.
