Disappointing - poor wifi meant video calls were impossible and quite warm on summer days

Great location

Pathetic wifi stability led me to abandon my stay after a few days. Also, the apartment is very warm - the split air-conditioner is located in the 2nd bedroom and doesn't cool the apartment very much. I'm awaiting for a call-back from the bookings team after I made a formal complain when I checked out after a couple of days - no action from them

We never felt away from home for the 2 weeks we spent.

Plenty of things kept for kids from all ages to play and feel at home. Every small item was available, plenty of kitchen utensils, new plates, cutleries, story books, DVD's and even beach play set for toddlers. Very thoughtfully furnished for guests of all ages. Checking-in and check-out were made very easy due to excellent communication.

This place was great value for money and was located close to everything in town.

The location of this property was great, only a 5 minute walk to the marina and main street. The apartment was clean and tidy and was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc.

Overall this place was good value for money, it doesn't have the most modern interior but it was fine for our stay. There a quite a few steps from the allocated car park so make sure you use the loading zone when unpacking and packing the car.

Had a lovely time over the 10 days - airconditioning would have made it perfect.

Nice apartment, balcony was good. Location was great. It was a good size for just the two of us.

The ceiling fans just weren't enough in the very humid and hot weather. I struggled a bit.

“Bring your own sheet” should be mentioned or it could be a good experience

This property is ideal for people who just wants a slow paced relaxing holiday.

No sheet was provided but almost everything else, which made it even more awkward. From Booking webpage to the office, where we get the keys, to the walls inside the apartment, where they tell people do no leave rubbish in the apartment, they could just let us know in so many ways, but nope not a single word about their sheet situation. We had to search the entire apartment, luckily we found one spare quilt cover. 10:30 at night time, you are all tired and just need to lie down, but the bed is not ready. Only disappointed can describe what we felt.

Well located unit with a few drawbacks

The unit is well equipped and the location is good, with a pleasant view from the balcony. The unit is quiet as regards road noise and it is a short walk to the town and beach. Nelson Bay is a great area.

There were over 50 steps to the apartment from the underground garage and no sign to indicate how to reach the apartment from the garage. Eventually we went via another unit's entrance. There is no wifi and the mobile reception was a bit patchy. The units are not well insulated so there was, at times, a lot of noise from other units.
