Perfecte locatie en kamer top

Mooie ruime kamer. Had zelfs een microgolf en Nespresso machine. De spa is nog een extra plus punt.

Dat je voor 156€ geen ontbijt inbegrepen hebt.

A great hotel , central to Utrecht and Centraal station .

The room had a great view of the train station which I really liked .

Sadly someone had covered the smoke alarm with a sock and had been smoking in the room which caused an unpleasant smell

Schönes Hotel direkt am Central Station nahe zum Zentrum von Utrecht.

Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuss ist man im Zentrum von Utrecht. In direkter nähe befindet sich das Parkhaus Hoog Catharijne P3 welches nur für die jenigen zugänglich die dort Parken.

Im Frühstücksraum vielen Tischen welche nicht abgeräumt sind trotz anwesend Personal. Stehen immer wieder irgendwo zusammen und reden.

Fantastisch

De kamer met het bubbelbad, de locatie en het personeel waren uitstekend.

De internet op de tv viel steeds weg waardoor zowel streamen als tv kijken niet mogelijk was. Ook was er bij de tv de HDMI mogelijkheid niet.

Niet nog een keer

De locatie, we zochten een modern hotel dicht bij het station. Het vriendelijk ontvangst.

De schimmel in de douche, onacceptabel ranzig. Jammer van de zacht matrassen en slappe kussens. Oploskoffie ipv Nespresso op de kamer.

Heerlijk nachtje ontspannen

Ontvangst was top. Zeer vriendelijke receptie. Kamer (wellness suite) ruim en schoon! Locatie ook uitmuntend.

Das es zentral liegt

Es sind 2 Zimmer gebucht worden, ich brauchte aber nur eins, weil 2 Personen abgesagt hatten. Kein Storno möglich doppelte Kosten. Kein Late Check Out

Nice and comfortable stay

Very good location and a quick and simple entrance. A big mall and train station just around the corner and from walking distance of the city centre. The room which I booked (wellness room) was very well accommodated and had a nice design. The bath and sauna were very well to our expectations! Overall it was a very wonderful and pleasuring experience.

This hotel feels like a bit of luxury in a laidback atmosphere

The room was clean and smart, with a large comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely, with an excellent, walk in shower. The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the train station, and within short walking distance of the main tourist spots. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a huge range of things to choose from. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is cool and contemporary. And an added bonus, is access to the swimming pool and sauna, on the top floor with views across the city.

It is perfect place to stay

I was really surprise about the hotel. It is located near the central part of Utrecht and central station. The personnel were very friendly and helped with each of our issues. The room was comfortable and clean, as the pool and wellness. I can say with confidence that the price matches the quality and comfort you get.

I did not notice anything.

Great room with private spa

The room was amazing & just what we were looking for with the private spa area in it. Everything was well explained on how to get things working and why the tub makes sounds etc. the bed was big and comfortable and the room is bigger than some apartments I lived in.

The shared spa area on top was very chaotic and did not feel comfortable or relaxing. We left again after a few minutes and a quick look around and rather enjoyed the private sauna and whirl-tub in our room.

Could be great with a few improvements

Location is perfect, nice view on the station and no noise with the window closed.

Even though ideal sleeping temperature is 17-19 degrees, this AC was only able to go from 19-22, with 22 the standard setting that it reverted back to every time. And why does the AC only work with the lights on?! When I wanted to sleep in the dark, the room would heat up and I couldn't open a window because of the noise. Ridiculous design, and so unnecessary. There were also (blood) stains in the towels. When I told the receptionist about these things at checkout, she didn't seem to care at all.

Nice place for quick city brake

Spacious rooms with nice bathroom(we stayed in a room without jacuzzi). Swimming pool area on 11th floor with a city view gives You nice feeling of being distant while staying in very centre of the city. Amazing massage experience, perfect way to relax.

Right after we entered the room we noticed that there is no water, minibar is empty, there is no slippers, no menu for room service and no robe. swimming pool area was mostly unattended and many people were walking there in their shoes. My robe together with room are was taken by maid from a shelve while I was swimming.

Amazing place to relax

The Hotel is placed in the middle of the town, directly next to the main station, so we could walk everywhere. The room was quiet though and the bed extremely comfortable. The private whirltub and sauna were great and easy to use. Overall the room was very modernly furnished and left nothing to be desired. We used the pool everyday which has a view over the city. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The pool area was always wet and the floor extremely slippery. They put up warning signs everyday but that seems to be it.

Excellent location, good design bad restaurant

Location, breakfast , room size, reveption (services).

Restaurant , beds (not comfortable), location of the TV. I have a very bad experience in the restaurant, I had ordered a hamburger and jad served me a humberger cooked maybe few hours before, overcooked , hard like a shoes,. I RETURN IT and they have servred me a new one in the old bread (which was also hard). The bed also was like a sea, no balance (room 702).
