De locatie was erg goed, vriendelijk personeel
Tv en nachtlamp deden het niet, uitzicht van het kleine balkon was niet fantastisch en maar 2 mokken geen glazen ofzo. Maar wat verwacht je ook als je de goedkoopste kamer kiest voor 1 nacht

Zentrale Lage, gut zu erreichen, Fußgängerzone, Läden, Cafés und Konzerthalle in der Nähe, bequeme Betten, gut funktionierende Heizung, gut funktionierendes Warmwasser im Bad, kleiner Balkon, trotz der Innenstadtlage relativ ruhig, kleine Aufmerksamkeit für die Hotelgäste im Empfangsbereich in Form von Gebäck bzw Süßigkeiten
Das Duschen war umständlich, da das Bad über eine Badewanne verfügte und trotz Abtrennung etwas Geschick nötig war, um den Rest des Badezimmers trocken zu halten. Ansonsten war alles top.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Zimmer war ok, aber das Bett: wenn der eine sich bewegte war der andere wieder wach ... überhaupt nicht gut. Die Lage war super, wir konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen.

More or less, just location.
- There is no way to reach the hotel by car. Be ready to roll your suitcases for hundreds of meters.
- On booking com they claim they have parking. They don't. It's a garage not close to the hotel for extra 27 EUR per night.
- No air-conditioning, only a noisy fan. We were sweating and having very bad sleep every night. Felt we were like in some cheap hostel.
Altogether, not really comfortable staying, not worth the money.

The location is excellent if you don't have a car.
If you have a car and large bags it's difficult to get your bags to the hotel. It would have been good to know in advance that you have to carry them from the parking lot.
Also who thought that a glass door for the bathroom was a good idea? Looks interesting but doesn't seem practical.

Ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht opde winkelstraat. En er was een bad wat wij niet verwacht hadden.
Het bed was mij iets te zacht en het matrasbeschermer kwam los te zitten gedurende de nacht omdat hier geen elastiek zit om hem op zijn plek te houden.

the location is amazing. room was fine. there tons of cafes and restaurants nearby and the utrecht central station is literally handreach away...the staff was very polite, very friendly and helpfull
all good...more place in the lobby to sit and wait for someone etc...there are two huuuuge chairs...that is it...save up some space by perhaps switching to something less fancy, but more practical...burger king as a neighbour doesnt do any good...creates noise and mess on the street...also im not huge, but not small...entrance into bathroom is tiny(the sliding door doesnt open fully)
honestly speaking it is not worth the money 115 eur per night without breakfast...booked late, so had little options....value of stay should be around 70-80 eur

Not far from the train station and shops either!
The room was good but a little noisy at night from people shouting as they were passing by. The hotel needs double glazing!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ist auch der einzige Grund warum ich besser bewertet habe. Ansonsten hätte es 0 Punkte bekommen
Das Bett war sehr bequem
Extrem unsauber. Das erste Zimmer habe ich abgelehnt. Der Staub lag dick überall. Das nächste Zimmer war zwar weniger staubig aber auch nicht sauber. Extrem abgewohnt alles. Die Fenster schmutzig und nicht richtig zu schließen. Durch die einfache Verglasung war der Straßenlärm in der 5. Etage sehr stark zu hören. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ging da gar nichts. Auch von Flur und Nebenzimmer war alles zu hören. Fernseher gingen in beiden Zimmern erst gar nicht. Erst nachdem der nette Mensch von der Rezeption sich kümmerte funktionierte es. Allerdings nur so lange, bis ich eine Steckdose in der Nähe benutzt habe, dann ging der Empfang erst mal wieder weg. Alles in allem....stark renovierungsbedürftig und nie wieder

De locatie was geweldig. Hartje centrum. De kamer was ruim en het bad heel fijn. De kamer kwam met een losse Dyson luchtreiniger / koeler apparaat. De verwarming deed het goed en moest je ouderwets zelf aanzetten met de draaiknop op de verwarming zelf. Ondanks de staat van het balkon, was het leuk dat je hierom kon verzoeken.
Het hotel is best wel oud. Het balkon oogde armoedig. Op het balkon stonden alleen 2 stoeltjes en een klein tafeltje, beiden zeer verweerd en waarschijnlijk oud. Er waren onvoldoende stopcontacten voor de beschikbare machines/lichten, waardoor je bijvoorbeeld de koffiemachine, waterkoker en Dyson steeds moest afwisselen met elkaar. Eén bedlichtje deed het niet. Er was geen roomservice&ontbijt op de kamer meer, ondanks dit wel op booking werd aangegeven.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir etwas früher anreisten, konnten wir unser Gepäck an der Rezeption abgeben. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und verfügte über einen Balkon, was uns sehr gut gefiel.
Der Fahrstuhl des Hotels ist sehr klein, so dass man zu dritt mit Gepäck nicht hineinpasst. Da das Hotel an einer sehr belebten Straße liegt, ist es auch nachts dementsprechend laut. Das Bad ist mit einer Schiebetür ausgestattet, die sich leider nicht richtig schließen ließ und sich auch ständig von alleine öffnete.

de kamer had geen airco :-( De badkamerdeur van onze kamer (27) was beschadigd aan de onderkant en gaf een afgeleefde indruk (schade aan de verf). De kussens waren veel (!) te zacht. Het WC-papier had van wat hogere kwaliteit mogen zijn (dan licht schuurpapier). Verlichting in de badkamer was niet splitsbaar noch dimbaar; dat bekent dat ook als je 's-nachts om 3.30 uur de wc gebruikt, je ogen pijn doen vh licht. Bij het ontbijtbuffet - dat sowieso tot 10.00 duurt - was er na 09.25 geen roerei meer. Ikzelf heb het allerlaatste beetje uit de bak geschraapt. Het werd - ondanks dat er daarvoor toch echt voldoende personeel loopt - niet bijgevuld. Rare indeling ook van de plekken waar je de ontbijtspullen kon vinden; nogal ver uit elkaar geplaatst.

Het personeel was vriendelijk.
Veel te duur voor een kamer vol stof op de plinten, een aftandse badkamer met gaten waar een kapstok hoorde en plakband aan het douchescherm, geen airco of raam dat open kon ‘s nachts en het verschrikkelijkste van allemaal: een discotheek naast het hotel met luide beats tot 6u in de ochtend. Geen oog dichtgedaan.

Personnel très agréable.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Et le nettoyage de celles-ci pendant le séjour est à demander et est facturé en extra.

It’s very dated, carpets getting loose, decor is not refreshed for many years, very noisy, sounds of the other rooms can be heard very well (showering, talking, etc.), the WiFi is extremely slow (had issues every day)

Bett viel zu klein. Lampe so angebracht, dass man direkt neben mit dem Kopf NEBEN der Lampe liegt und sich auch daran stößt. Klo auch klein und eng, wenn man auf dem Klo sitzt. Fenster könnten besser isoliert sein, man hört von draußen alles. Aus diesem Grund lagen wohl schon extra Ohr Stöpsel im Zimmer. Viel zu teuer. 160 € für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück außerhalb der Saison in dem schlechtesten Hotel Zimmer , was ich jemals gehabt habe.

Toplocatie! Vlakbij station en winkels. En lekkere taartjes bij de receptie, die je gewoon mocht pakken.
Niet erg, maar ik kreeg de tv niet aan. Bleef op startmenu staan. Heb het verder zo gelaten. Maar een kaartje met instructie was handig geweest. Vond het niet belangrijk genoeg om er de receptie over te bellen.

The location is perfect since it is extremely close to a concert venue nearby as well as the central station.
My room had a balcony in which the doors were not insulated properly at all so i was able to hear everything happening outside, it’s valid to have some noises since the hotel is in the heart of the city but that was too much to the point that it felt like i was sitting outside. the hairdryer is old and did not work well.

Great location and I appreciated the free upgrade. Bed was comfortable and room quiet.
The bathroom was little grubby....toothpaste spit underneath the mirror, the glass door of the shower wasn't cleaned from the last guest. Some of the tiles around and underneath the sink hadn't been wiped. The coffee machine didn't work.

Location was excellent - 5 mins walking distance from the train station and close to many shops and a shopping centre. The room was good enough - spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly and overall my impressions are positive. Hotel has provided earplugs for the neighbouring church - very considerate of them. In any case, this hotel did much better than the Leonardo hotel in Antwerpen.
The pillows were uncomfortable to me - too soft, but that is a matter of a personal preference. There was a church nearby so the sleep could be difficult because the bell was loud enough but the hotel has provided earplugs. My main area of improvement is the breakfast - no joghurt or fruit salad, fruits were extremely scarce, more like a boutique decoration and also there was almost nothing sweet. I did not also like the soap - it was a difficult to squeeze and not so nice to wash with conditioner. There were also people who smoked weed and was strictly forbidden, but sadly the hotel could not find them and take action.

Erg gehorige kamer, gelegen aan de straatkant en studentikoos personeel. Ook wat gedateerde kamer en badkamer (bijvoorbeeld geen haakje meer aan de stop van het bad waardoor we die er niet meer uitkregen).

イースター休暇中ということもあったが、宿泊価格に対して建物、部屋が釣り合っていないように感じ、少なくても星４つのホテルという心象は受けなかった。部屋の中のスタンドランプの電球が2つとも切れかかっていた。

Very good bed, room with coffee machine and coffee pds and thea facility. Bathroom very clean. Location is outstanding both for culture (music) as shopping. Good breakfeast, well stuffed.
I do not very much like a bath tube for showering. Atleast there was a firm well placed grip.

S'avonds om 11 uur zagen wij alleen maar het hotel op het beeld van de tekevisie. Na gebeld te hebben hadden wij verwacht dat er iemand zou komen om dat probleem op te lossen. Niemand gezien dus.
