Estancia cómoda

Hotel muy bonito, habitación para 4 súper espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. Situado en barrio cercano a la estación y cerca del centro.

Que el check-in no sea hasta las 15, tuvimos que esperar después de venir de viaje y con todo el equipaje. Hay consigna para dejar las maletas.

Lovely breakfast, nice hotel, NOT suitable for children

The breakfast . The kitchen staff we lovely.

The hotel is not suitable for children, the stairs are dangerously steep and slippery in the family rooms with no stair gates at the top, and my daughter fell into the breakfast bar (in the restaurant area) which was lined with metal so she needed she stitches on her forehead.

Schone en ruime kamer, matige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

De familiekamer is heel schoon en ruim. Hoog plafond. De twee grote bedden zijn gescheiden in verschillende ruimtes, heel fijn! De bedden en kussens zijn comfortabel. Er zijn genoeg stopcontacten aanwezig. Het mini keukentje en een tweede wastafel zijn zeker handig. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Loopafstand naar het treinstation en het centrum.

Een rek voor badkamerspullen in de badkamer zou handig zijn. De douche is aan de zwakke kant. Het salontafeltje is onpraktisch klein en zit niet goed vast aan de poten. Een groter en steviger tafeltje zou veel beter zijn geweest. Een vermoedelijk stukke TV-kabel.

Zu teuer für 4 Sterne 🌟

Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof in dem natürlich öfters Gäste sitzen. In unserem Fall direkt vor unserem Zimmer. Dh es konnte schonmal etwas lauter werden oder man konnte direkt in unser Zimmer schauen. Also mussten die Vorhänge geschlossen werden und die Fenster wg Lautstärke. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Waschbecken im Bad zu klein. Es gibt aber noch ein normales im Zimmer. Teppich im Zimmer sollte erneuert werden( Geruch ). Aschenbecher auf den Tischen im Innenhof wurden nach Regen nicht gelehrt. Also Wasser mit Kippen Brühe ( ekelig ). Gefrühstückt haben wir nur einmal für 20 € pro Person. Das war das Geld leider nicht wert. Klima Anlage über dem Bett ist nicht so günstig. War aber den architektonischen Vorgaben geschuldet und ist wahrscheinlich auch nicht in jeden Zimmer so. Beim buchen also möglichst versuchen herauszufinden welches Zimmer man bekommt. Vielleicht haben wir einfach zu günstig gebucht.

Pas d chauffage au 2eme étage mais nous avons reçu un petit chauffage d’appoint.

Disappointed

The position was great, close from the center.

The walls were dirty, with blood and mosquitos crashed. They gave me the wrong room first and later they gave me a room in the basement, so from the window I saw the shoes of people smoking. As there were some rainy days I asked for an umbrella and they gave me a broken one that I cannot used.

Très agréable

L’hôtel est magnifique ! Le chambre est confortable et très bien équipée. Literie très propre et confortable. Le personnel très sympathique. L’emplacement est bien, à 15mn du centre-ville à pied.

La douche n’était pas très propre. Pour un 4* et vu le prix une bouteille d’eau ou une petite attention aurait été agréable. Les chambres individuelles sont au rez-de-chaussée et donnent d’un côté sur la cour intérieure de l’hôtel, et de l’autre sur un parking, donc impossible de rester les rideaux ouverts si l’on ne veut pas voir du monde passer devant notre porte et regarder dans notre chambre. Mais cela ne m’a pas trop dérangée car je restait juste une nuit.

mais pourquoi le minibar est-il vide et débranché ? Quand on arrive à 00h45 on n'a rien, même pas une bouteille d'eau minéral ou un Snickers, et le bar est fermé

Prachtig sfeervol hotel met mooie kamers en erg goed ontbijt.

Het is een mooi voor voormalig oud klooster. Dat maakt het heel erg sfeervol.

De douche was niet best. De douchestang zat los en er kwam heel weinig water uit de douche. Is natuurlijk wel minder slecht voor het milieu, maar je verwacht iets meer comfort.

Sehr schönes Hotel abseits des Touristentrubels und dennoch zentral zum Bahnhof gelegen.

Unser Familienzimmer hatte zwei getrennte Schlafräume und der Wohnbereich war sehr groß. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr gut, große Auswahl und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Leider hat es in einem der Schlafzimmer ein wenig gezogen. Dadurch war es etwas kalt (keine Heizung im Raum).

Schönes Gebäude (früher Kloster), originelle Zimmer. Abends sehr gute Küche im Restaurant. Schöne Bar, nettes Personal.

Die Kissen sind viel zu dick und groß.

Very unique to have a hotel in an old monastery!

We loved being in an old monastery! We loved having a room where all 6 of us in our group could be together.

The stairs going up to the loft bedrooms felt really unsafe; they were incredibly steep. Having the bathroom and sink/shower in separate rooms was a little inconvenient. I know your theme is pink, but having hot pink in the chapel felt strange and unsettling, but I know it is no longer used as a chapel.

Enjoyable stay at friendly hotel in residential area with excellent food and service.

Location 20 mins walk from centre of Utrecht however we enjoyed exploring local parks & cafes. Loved the new air conditioning unit installed in our apartment the first new day we were there. Loved the friendly staff, hotel courtyard and excellent food. Fantastic service for food and drink.

It was hot while we visited. The first night we had no air conditioning or fans in our apartment. However the hotel did warn us this was the case, installed air conditioning as promised and gave us a bottle of wine.

Extremely nice personnel and inner court is great. Very nice interior design. Fantastic breakfast.

The staff is amazing. I happened to give the receptionist many requests, but she handled them all with a big smile and solved them so well. Also in the bar, waiters were so friendly!

For the price I paid, I found the room rather small. I booked very late on a very busy Utrecht-day, so possibly I only had the last option.

wonderful place to stay

We got one of the suites at the top, which was quite spacious with two rooms and 2 beds. the toilet was enclosed in a separate space than the bathroom that allowed us to share the room more efficiently amongst different people. The unit was clean, and even had small sink and living area. bike rentals were available just downstairs

the architecture, the location, the breakfast

instructions to enter the car park were inaccurate and the staff not helpful enough room 218 was on 3rd floor , staff did not inform, we had to carry luggage on stiff staircase no fitted sheets on mattresses no bedside tables and plugs by bed side tiny tiny bathroom with not even a shower door as a consequence unable to dress / undress in it. terrible layout

All in all, a splendid visit - will come again and again.

Spacious room - in fact there were 3 rooms. It's very lavish and there is a coffee machine as well as several bags of tea. The building was habited by monks and was refurbished. High ceilings and a beautiful space in each bedroom suite. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed each visit.

I would have liked a wash cloth in the bathroom.

Pleasant stay, within walking distance of old town.

We enjoyed the neighborhood. Apartment was comfortable. Kitchenette was fine and well equipped, apart from not having a cutting knife.

Roadwork outside hotel complicated the access to the facilities, but we understand that this was outside what could be controlled by the hotel. We had expected some seafood options at the breakfast bouffe.
