Lovely bedrooms - very comfortable and extremely clean. Nice touches in the room. Comfy bed. Very quiet at night (I did stay over on a Monday night - pub downstairs was closed at 9pm)
Loved the cooked breakfast in the morning along with the staff member who was so lovely and friendly.
I liked everything about my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Watergate Yard was incredible! Quirky, unique and one of a kind, when I booked I didn't realise I'd booked such an unusual hotel but it was absolutely amazing. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we'd ever had in a hotel, we slept soundly and woke pain free - we were in room 3. The room and en-suite was spotlessly clean, and I love a hotel that has a mini fridge with fresh milk in for my morning coffee. Breakfast was delicious and staff overall were helpful, friendly and we'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
The only negatives which are really out of the hotels control was no parking - we had to find a 24 hr parking recommended by the hotel and walk with our luggage. Secondly we'd booked here as we were attending a birthday party elsewhere when we got back to Sleaford at 1am there was some drunken violence ongoing in the high street which we had to walk past and I felt unsafe. This was unrelated to the hotel but was a shame - we probably arrived just at the wrong time!

Rooms quirky and love the outdoor space.
Loved the real plants in the room.
Most of the staff were very friendly - attentative and proactive too. For example, when my parents raised the shower privacy issue, they offered another room for parents to shower, which was thoughtful.
Cocktails were tasty!
Room facilities were not accurate e.g. no hair dryer
Parking directions are not clear unless you're a local who knows the area.
Lack of privacy when showering - although the window is high up, it is all clear and the bamboo blind does not add much value. There are neighbouring properties and an actual blind or frosted windows would be more suitable, as it was too uncomfortable for my parents to shower sadly.

Location was great, centre of town with a car park 2 minutes walk away.
Staff (Carol & Haley) were perfect hosts, cheery and helpful
Breakfast was excellent, great menu.
Live music on our first night which we love.
The mattress has seen better days. You would have scored excellent if it had been firmer.

Fantastic top floor room- good size, and I particularly enjoyed the fact that one could have dinner outside, and there was a Piano inside.
Parking, and the shower pressure was not as good as one would have wanted. But was good overall.

Big room, nice personnel Interesting rooms.
Very cold room. Permanent heater was in operation in short intervals. Additional electrical heater must be switched off when leaving the room what leads to cold room in the evening if You are away whole day.
Bad experience with sausages for breakfast. Two times were spoilt.
Not very comfortable bed.
4.0

Nothing really.
